Supply of the following items as per the Tender Technical specification. In view of space constraints only abstract of items are listed below. Therefore the Bidder should read the description of each items as detailed in the BOQ listed in Section-VI of Tender specifications before quoting. Rate should be quoted along with GST No. and prescribed rate of GST.
Supply of 11kV, 630KVA, Outdoor Compact Sub- Station (in compliance of IEC 62271-202) shall be consisting of the followings :- i) HT SWITCH GEARS:- 11kV 630Amps 21kA for 3 sec. SF6 insulated Copper Busbar Non-Extensible SCADA Compatible Ring Main Unit (Type CVC) consisting of 2 nos. of LBS and 1 No. of vacuum Circuit Breaker unit with complete metering unit. ii) TRANSFORMER:- Three Phase, 50 Hz, Core type, two winding, 630 KVA 11KV/433V DYn11 cast resin dry type, AN type Distribution Transformer. iii) LT PANEL:- 433V LT Indoor panel with 1000 Amps Al. Busbars 100% for Phase and 50% for Neutral, Current Density of AL- 0.8 Amp/sq.mm , complete with internal wiring consisting of following:- (A) LT Incomer from Transformer:-1000 Amps 433V 4P 50Hz 80KA Air Circuit Breaker & (B ) LT Out Going:- 400 Amps 433V 3P 50Hz 55KA, TPN Moulded Case Circuit Breaker -4 nos and 125 Amps 433V 3P 50Hz 36KA, TPN MCCB -2 nos. iv) OUTDOOR ENCLOSURE:- Galvanised Sheet Steel of thickness min. 2mm & . Base plate 4mm thick. with IP 54 for HT < Compartment and IP 23 for Tranf. Compartment. v) Interconnection & Earthing:- Between HT switchgear & DT using 40x 10 mm Cu bus-bar or 1Cx3x95Sq.mm XLPE Single core cable & between DT & LT switchgear using Al.Busbars. Internal earthing connections by using 50x6 mm GI Strips. vi) SCADA SYSTEM:- Equipped with SCADA system having all hardware like FRTU, power supply, analog and digital I/O devices, battery, charger, software, modems, antenna, sensors, transducers, control wiring, etc

Supply of 150 Sqmm XLPE Insulated (HEAVY DUTY) Armoured PVC Sheathed 3 ½ core 1100V Al UG cable for connecting DT LTside 125 amps MCCB with the existing LT feeder cables after removing the existing SS pillar Boxes in the yard and around it.
Supply of 300 Sqmm long barrel Aluminium lug and insulation tape suitable for terminating the 300 sq.mm XLPE Insulated (HEAVY DUTY) Armoured PVC Sheathed 3 ½ core 1100V Al UG cable.
Supply of 150 Sqmm long barrel Aluminium lug and insulation tape suitable for terminating the 150 sq.mm XLPE Insulated (HEAVY DUTY) Armoured PVC Sheathed 3 ½ core 1100V Al UG cable.
Supply of 300 to 300&400 sq.mm straight through joint for connecting the new 300sqmm XLPE Insulated (HEAVY DUTY) Armoured PVC Sheathed 3 ½ core 1100V Al UG cable.
Supply of 150 to 150 sqmm straight through joint for connecting the new 150sqmm XLPE Insulated (HEAVY DUTY) Armoured PVC Sheathed 3 ½ core 1100V Al UG cable.
Supply of Pipe in Pipe Earth Electrode confirming to IS 3043: 1987, with chemical back fill compound (25Kgs per pit) and FRP cover for earthing the CSS and its equipments
Supply of 50 x 6mm GI flat for earthing
Supply of 200mm dia C.I Pipe confirming to IS 1536
Supply of 200 mm dia (PN 10 (1.00 Mpa), Class – 4) HDPE pipe complying to latest relevant Standards (IS 4984 - 1987 and its amendment therein)

Construction of suitable civil plinth foundation to house the 11KV Compact SubStations (as described in item 1) which also includes supply of all civil and other materials and labour
Installation, testing and commissioning of 11KV Compact Sub-Stations (as described in item 1) on the plinth foundation which also includes local transportation, crane charges etc.
Laying of 3 core 240 sq.mm XLPE insulated Armoured Screened Type 11KV Al UG cable with end looses in the trench for the CSS RMU connectivity arrangements within the yard
Labour for provision of Cable end termination for 3 core 240 sq.mm XLPE insulated Armoured Screened Type 11KV Al UG cable at the CSS 11KV RMU side and at the existing RMU side.
Labour for provision of Cable end termination for 3 core 300 sq.mm XLPE insulated Armoured Screened Type 11KV Al UG cable at the proposed CSS RMU side at women ITI yard and the existing RMU at PED yard
Laying of one run of 3 core 300 sq.mm XLPE insulated Armoured Screened Type 11KV Al UG cable direct in ground with raiser for terminations including excavation of trench of size 0.5 m (W) x 1.2 m (D), river sand cushioning, protective covering with RCC trough(Supply of sand and RCC through included) and refilling the trench, disposal of unserviceable materials as directed etc. as required in Plain land ( Between existing PED yard RMU to BT road, Between BT road to new Women ITI yard new CSS RMU).
Laying of additional one run of 3 core 300 sq.mm XLPE insulated Armoured Screened Type 11KV Al UG cable for end loose(6+6 each) near the take off yard and near the new RMS yard.
Laying of one run of HDPE Pipe conduit of size 200 mm dia direct in ground (including the construction of the Cable drawing pits of suitable size at every 70 meters length to enable 2 labours in the pit to draw the cable manually through HDPE pipe conduit while laying the UG cables and to be filled with sand. The top to be covered with RCC covers suitable to with stand the heavy wieght vehicular traffic in the road) ( Which also includes, excavation of trench of size 0.5 m (W) x 1.2 m (D), river sand cushioning and refilling the trench, disposal of unserviceable materials as required in Bituminous Road (including supply of River sand) and safe drawing of 3 core 400 sq.mm XLPE insulated Armoured Screened Type 11KV Al UG cable through this HDPE pipe conduit as per the requirement shown in the sketch.
Laying of one run of 3 core 300 sq.mm XLPE insulated Armoured Screened Type 11KV Al UG cable through CI Pipe of size 200mm dia in ground including excavation of trench of size 0.5 m (W) x 1.2 m (D) and refilling the trench, disposal of unserviceable materials as directed etc.as required in Bituminous Road. (Road cross)

Laying of 150 Sq.mm XLPE Insulated (HEAVY DUTY) Armoured PVC Sheathed 3 ½ core 1100V Al UG cable in the cable trench within the yard with sufficient loose and its allied terminations with Al. lugs for connecting the CSS's DT's LT side 125Amps MCCB with the existing feeder UG cables after removing the existing SS pillar Boxes in the yard and around it.
Labour for providing 300 to 300&400 sq.mm straight through joint for connecting the new 300sqmm XLPE Insulated (HEAVY DUTY) Armoured PVC Sheathed 3 ½ core 1100V Al UG cable from CSS's DT's LT side 400Amps MCCB to the existing feeder UG cables (Mostly of 300& 400 sq.mm dia cables) after removing the existing SS pillar Boxes in the yard and around it.
Labour for providing 150 to 150 sq.mm straight through joint for connecting the new 150 sq.mm XLPE Insulated (HEAVY DUTY) Armoured PVC Sheathed 3 ½ core 1100V Al UG cable from CSS's DT's LT side 400Amps MCCB to the existing feeder UG cables (Mostly of 300& 400 sq.mm dia cables) after removing the existing SS pillar Boxes in the yard and around it.
Provision of Pipe in Pipe Earth Electrode with chemical back fill compound and FRP cover within the yard and connecting this Earth Electrode with all the equipments of CSS as per relevant standards with 50 x 6m GI flat.
Provision of aesthetic look designer fencing with hood and lighting for the 11KV RMS yard at 11 Nos of locations. Which includes the construction of new wall of required height from the ground level around the yard, provision of fencing with wicket gate with aesthetic look, provision of designer lighting and Top Hoods. Which also included supply of all the required materials and labour for these works.
Construction of UG cable trenches with RCC slab coverings wherever required within the yard at various 11KV RMS yard locations with proper layout separately for HT and LT cables for routing the UG Cables and storing the cable end looses within the yard. Which also includes supply of required civil and other materials and charges for labour for construction, supply of river sand for filling of the same in the cable trenches after completion of all the UG cable routings. The height of the existing RMU foundations at all yards also to be raised to match the height of the proposed CSS foundations wherever required.
Provisioning of RCC slab floorings over the PCC layer over the entire vacant spaces within the yard at various 11KV RMS yard locations. Which also includes supply of required materials and labour.
Labour Charges for the following item as per the Tender specification. Rate should be quoted online in the BOQ format along with GST No. and prescribed rate of GST.
Dismantling of existing 630KVA DTs and removal of its HV and LV side cable, Dismantling of existing pillar boxes after removal of its UG cables, removal of existing fencing and safe transportation of this removed material to the PED designated store. Which also includes demolition of existing civil plinths of DTs,pillar boxes and existing fencing wall and safe removal of the demolished material from the yard.
Charges for TEMPORARY ARRANGEMENT FOR POWER SUPPLY FEEDING as per the Tender specification. Rate should be quoted online in the BOQ format along with GST No. and prescribed rate of GST.
Providing Temporary arrangement for the continuity of power supply feeding with the removed oil type DTS. Which includes provision of pedestal of required strength for the removed oil DTs and Pillar boxes and providing temporary HT and LT terminations to continue the power supply feeding until the commissioning of the new CSS..
