Schedule 'A' Part-I : General Note as applicable for serial item No 2.00 to 4.00 of BoQ/Sch 'A' Contractors attention is hereby invited that estimated cost of serial item No 2.00 to 4.00 is Rs. 17,11,850.00 based on prevailing rates of Schedule of Minimum fair wages. Quoted amount against serial item No. 2.00 to 4.00 is less than the amount the work (Estimated of serial item No. 2.00 to 4.00 of BoQ/Sch 'A') then lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days from financial bid opened difference in Estimated cost & quoted amount of serial item No. 2.00 to 4.00 before evaluation of financial bid for acceptance of tender, failing which lowest tender will not be accepted. FDR submitted at the time of Acceptance of bidder will be realesed only after satisfactory proof of payment of deployed person under the respective serial item No. 2.00 to 4.00 of BoQ

Manning and Operation and maintenance of Pump House including of Diesel Engine Generator Set installed at Pump House at Tech Area, One FGM (Fitter General Mechanic) in two shift, each shift for 8 hours continuous operation every day (total 16 hours per days) (including Sunday/Holiday) including operation of tube well for collection of water in raw water sump of softening plant and day to day maintenance such as cleaning the surrounding area of installation building (inside/outside), maintenance/back wash of multi grade filter, motor/pump, DG Set, starter and panel board regularly and weekly softening media to be re-charged through salt water (salt to be supplied by department) and all valve to be ckecked. All valve to be operated concerned with installation on requirement basis complete all as specified.

Manning and Operation and RO Plant (02x2500 Ltrs/Hours) at SMQ Pump House including of Diesel Engine Generator Set installed at Jaisalmer, One FGM (Fitter General Mechanic) in two shift, each shift for 8 hours continuous operation every day (total 16 hours per days) (including Sunday/Holiday) including operation of tube well for collection of water in raw water sump of softening plant and day to day maintenance such as cleaning the surrounding area of installation building (inside/outside), maintenance/back wash of multi grade filter, motor/pump, DG Set, starter and panel board regularly and weekly softening media to be re-charged through salt water (salt to be supplied by department) and all valve to be ckecked. Note for serial item No. 2.00 to 4.00 :- (i) The payment shall be made to the workers through a nationlized bank and bank statement of fair wages a sper minimum labour wages as mentioned above shall be submitted alongwith the RARs/FB for payments by the contractor. (ii) The Contractor shall be responsible for the EPF, ESI, bonus, safety etc. and insurance of all trademen employed by the contractor as per existing labour Rules/Acts/Regulations. (iii) Contractor sepcial attention in invited that payment of operator/labour shall be made only through account payee cheque and the same shall be submitted alongwith the RARs/FB for payment by the contractor.

Notes for serial item No. 2.00 to 4.00 (Contd...) (iv) Contractor shall provide proper manning to give rest to the deployed person for sunday/holiday. For this purpose contractor shall provide one extra manpower on every Six FGM (Fitter General Mechanic). (v) Daily attendance shall be marked in attendance register by the concerned JE (E/M) attandance shall be checked weekly at least by the Engineer-in-Charge and monthly by the GE. (vi) Contractor and his personnel detailed for management and operation of Pump house shall be responsible for serviceability of Pumpset, Diesel engine generating set, valves. In case of any major fault occurs in above mentioned items, he will be report directly to concerned JE E/M/AGE E/M. Person deputed for operation will be responsible for minor maintenance such as checking of oil, checking of Diesel, oiling and greasing of valves, drawing disinfectant from MES and pouring it to dozing system to maintained required PPM level as per IS norms, informing MES and maintaing sufficient balance in storage tank for DG set as and when required, checking of battery terminal and cleaning of DG Sets, Pumpset, valves cleaning of Pump house room and surrounding areas complete all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes for serial item No. 2.00 to 4.00 (Contd...) (vii) Necessary weekly off will be given to manpower employed for this schedule as per existing rules and regulation of state/central govt and necessary replacement will be provided by the contractor. Rates quoted for this schedule shall deemed to be included this provision. (viii) In case absence of any operator/ workmen from any shift will be penalized with a penalty of double the rate quoted by the contractor in addition to the shift not taken in to consideration for payment. Attendant/Operator wanting leave will get it sanctioned before proceeding on leave alongwith the name of individual who will be performing his duty/shift in his absence. No replacement of operator/workmen without the knowledge of department will be allowed. (ix) Safety equipment's, tools and first aid kit will be provided to all tradesman without any extra cost to government by the Tenderer. (xi) Log book (Sheet), Muster roll, duty roster, fuel consumption register, daily breakdown register, attendance register and other requisite registers shall be maintained by operator and get it signed by concerned JE, Engineer-in-charge and contractor on daily basis and same shall be submitted monthly to accepting officer for inspection and other details as specified.

(xii) Operator should possess ITI certificate in respective trade or minimum 05 years experience for running of installation and well conversant with the Pump set equipment's with connected panel and opeartion of DG set and must produce qualification and experience certificates duly attested by gazetted officer. The attested certificate shall be submitted to accepting officer at the time of commencement of work. (xiii) Daily attendance shall be marked in attendance register by the JE Concerned attandance shall be checked weekly at least by the Engr-in-Charge and monthly by the GE. (xiv) Operator shall be in proper uniform As approved by the GE and cost of uniform included in the rate quoted. (xv) Surrounding area shall be kept clean and tidy.Tool required for cleaning is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (xvi) Unit rates quoted by the tenderrs shall deem to include for Nuts, bolts, Washers, Lugs, Thimbles, wires, terminal clamps, disttiled water required for efficient and smooth functioning of the equipment with out any extra cost to the Govt.

Schedule 'A' Part-II Supply only PH corrector/Booster for RO plants complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only antiscalant soluton (suitable for RO plants) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Jambo micro filter candle for RO Plant (threaded), 4.50" (Inches) wound in repair complete all as specified

Automatic digital starter suitable for RO Plant of capacity 1000 Litre/hour in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Water flow meter (rotameter) suitable for RO Plant of capacity 1000 Litre/hour in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Water flow meter (rotameter) suitable for RO Plant of capacity 2500 Litre/hour in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Pabbels and Gravels, Fine Sand for FRP vesseel in lot of 50 Kg bags premixed for filling into vessel FRP/PGV vessel and cleaning the around area and repacking the vessel after filling in new items complete by means of packing and fixing material including labour and testing for appropriate pressure in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Activated Granular Carbon (Charcoal 900 IV) for 21X62 FRP vesseel in lot of 25 KG bags for filling into vessel including draiing out the existing used Charcoal from FRP vessel and cleaning the around area and repacking the vessel after filling in new items complete by means of packing and fixing material including labour and testing for appropriate pressure including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Membrane suitable for RO Plant, flow (GPD) 2355, rejection (%) : 99.67 model No. CPA2-4040 Nitto of Hydranautics or equivalent of Daw, GE, in repair complete all as specified and directed.

FRP vessel of size 13X54 (150PSI) Max Design Pressure 0-10 bar for RO Plant at Air Force Hospital in repair complete all as specified and directed. Make: Pentair/Starlite/Aventura or equivalent.

Supply and provide (Calcium hypo chloride) 65%-70% chlorine including anti corrosive agent content granular desinfectant for water treatment plants much more stable than chlorine gas & stronger than bleaching powder and sodium hypo chloride packed in 45 Kg drum complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Auafit, Altoch G P (Declibec) or Equivalent. (Note: Test Certificate from government certified lab for each batch of chlorine to be submited at the time of delivery)

Dozing pump feeder for injecting PH booster, Antiscalent, chlorine with dosing Rate : 6 LPH @ 4 Kg/Sqcm, 400 Max Stroke/ Minute in repair complete all as specified and directed. Make: Aqua/Aventura or equivalent.

Disconnection of all pressure tubes from the RO Plant and taking out all membranes from pressure tubes cleaning the same with citric acid (low pH) and solium hyppchloride (high pH) and complete washing with RO water and re-assembling the same complete all as specified and directed.

Plastic cylindrical sealed disposable sanitiser refill for disinfection of drinking water with arrangement for controlled release of disinfectant in water, suitable for operation through suitable feeder in pressurised line stequa 411E in repair complete all as specified and directed.
