Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete (BC) Grade 2 using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent by weight of total mix and approved mineral filler, conforming to the requirements of MoRTH Specifications for Road and Bridge Works, Clause 509 and the approved Job Mix Formula (JMF); transporting the hot mix to the work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher fitted with sensor control to the required grade, level, camber and alignment, and compacting with smooth-wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the specified density and compaction. Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) Providing, laying and compacting Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) Gr-II in compacted layers using approved hard granite crushed aggregate and crushed stone screened dust, conforming to MoRTH Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (4th Revision), Clause 406 and Table 400-11, Section 900, including proportioning, mixing in an approved Wet Mix Plant, transportation to site, and laying to the required line, level, grade, camber and thickness using paver finisher only. The work shall include compaction with suitable vibratory rollers to achieve the specified density and all necessary finishing and quality-control requirements. The rate shall be inclusive of the cost of all materials, labour, aggregates, screened dust, water, loading, unloading, transportation, plant and machinery, paver finisher, vibratory roller, Wet Mix Plant, fuel, power, T&P, testing, taxes, royalty, wastage, leads and lifts, and all other incidental charges, complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and sealing cracks in the existing bituminous pavement by cleaning the cracks thoroughly using compressed air and suitable tools, removing loose materials, dust and debris, widening/routing the cracks wherever required to the specified dimensions, and filling/sealing them with approved hot-applied crack sealant/sealing compound, i.e. bituminous emulsion conforming to the relevant MoRTH/IRC specifications and .
