Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing the same outside of MoD land distance exc 1.5Km but n.exc 2.0Km complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing, Path and paving laid in alternate panel finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in hard standing, Path and paving laid in alternate panel finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for spike rolling to surface or marking impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement pavigres tiles 30cmx30cmx10mm thick machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors and cut and polished using grey cement and pigments over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar (1:4) including demolition of existing tile and removing outside of MoD land distance exc 1.5Km but n.exc 2.0Km complete all as specified and directed. Note : The manufacturer's test certificate for tiles must be submitted for approval by the concerned authority.

Material and Labour for chequered cement concrete colour tiles 300x300x25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigment including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling old tile and removing outside of MoD land distance exc 1.5Km but n.exc 2.0Km, complete all specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size, polished confirming to IS-15658 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade, laid over and including sand cushion of 40mm thick including dismantling old paver block and removing outside of MoD land distance exc 1.5Km but n.exc 2.0Km, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out and refixing Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size conforming to IS 15658 of 80mm thickness laid over and including sand cushion of 40mm thick , complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for precast cement concrete block type (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, as in bed blocks, kerbs etc set in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling old kerb stone and removing out side defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, as in packing of sides of interlocking paver blocks and chequered tiles , complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in soft/loose soil including returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of mild steel galavanised chain link fencing of size 75mmx75mm and thickness made with GI wire of dia 4mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of mild steel bars 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required as in chaim link fencing and binding with MS wire (annealed) of thickness not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of 12mm dia and 75mm length with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts, depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of the jamb into the wall exceeding half brick but not exceeding one brick, and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, or in any position etc. and removal of rubbish outside MOD land and stacking of useful bricks/brickbats for credit or reuse, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour, brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with using retrieved subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), except bricks, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from demolition against srl item No 21 here-in-before shall be reused after proper cleaning & washing etc.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in coping, bed block, hold fast, benching, kerbs, mud stop, rounded or chamferred on edges including necessary form work/moulds complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, etc, any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removing outside of MoD land distance exc 1.5Km but n.exc 2.0Km , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), on brick/concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for keyed pointing to brick wall in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for broken glass coping on top of wall in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc. including dismantling old barbed wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Granite 20 mm thick work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms, vertical surface of wall also and like in 12mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer cement mortar (1:3) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including dismantling and removing the same outside of MoD land distance exc 1.5Km but n.exc 2.0Km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding in repair exc 2.5cm but n.exc 5cm in length, thickness of metal to be welded exc 6mm but n.exc 9mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of weather coat paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.
