CERTAIN REPAIR AND CLEANING TO SEWAGE LINES, SEPTIC TANKS, SOAKAGE WELL AT DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN AWANTIPUR

Cleaning and make it functioning sewage system by removing of all types of blockages from soil waste/rain water pipes, CI waste pipes, blockeges of Toilets/bathrooms/WHB of bldgs upto G+2 storey height or in trenches, sewage line of any dia including junction of manholes of any description, man holes and septic tanks of any size and depth upto the last manhole to septic tanks of central sewage system to keep smooth functioning without any blockage of any description and in any situation with manually or some mechanically processes for all locations under GE (AF) Awantipur all as specified , by providing one safaiwala per day including all necessary tools and plants like bamboos, iron rod, bucket, rope, ladder etc .Contractor or rep of contractor has to attend sub-division on a daily basis to collect the complaints. complaints should be resolve within 24 Hrs without fail.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 02 here in above but exceeding 1.5 deep and not exceeding 3m deepcomplete all as specified an directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in bed to drain pipes of any description and in any position, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Demolition of of SGSW pipes of any dia shall be included in this items and shall be measured as solid.

M&L for Concrete bed to 150mm dia drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Concrete bed to 200mm dia drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for double wall corrugated HDPE non pressure pipe suitable for sewage/ waste etc of size DN/ID 150mm, dim 195mm and wall thick e4 min-1.5mm and e5 min-1.00mm all as per IS16098 (part-2), including jointing rings and necessary machinery to joint the sewers in-situ in trenches, including preparation of internal surface complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Excavation and earth work including return filling shall be measured and paid separately.

Note:- Excavation and earth work including return filling shall be measured and paid separately.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre high from the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 150mm dia, making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, finishing surfaces and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains 200mm dia, making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, finishing surfaces and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and directed.

De-watering/de-sludging of septic tanks including inlet and outlet chambers, manholes of any size and depth and removing sludge, silt, residue both organic and inorganic with mechanically operated machinery and removing waste material/sludge etc. to a distance exceeding 1.5KM but not exc 5.00KM out side the Air Force Station premises, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mechanically operated machinery should be aviable every all the time periodicity of all all septic tanks should be checked twice in a weak. Note :- Any damage caused to the structure during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

M&L for cleaning of Sewage pipe line from gully trap to ISt manhole an then upto the final drop into the septic tank an soak well /cess pool (except intermediate manholes ) by removing all blockage of any description in any situation in the system complete any ia of pipe an epth by rodding ,manually or by pressure pump including removal of sludge to a distance exc1.5km but nexc 2KM out ofMOD land and buried into ground by digging pits and spray a layer of bleaching @ 0.50 kg per sqm area to avoid any type of infection in enviornment complete all as specified and directed.

De-watering of soakage wells of any dia and depth by mechanical means by using monoblock pump etc. after plugging of incoming sewage lines and throwing/removing contaminated/sewage water into non residential area or into open drain/Nallah, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete ( Un reinforced)of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provied and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000mtr , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in benching for manholes, bands , coping , bed plate etc. with slightly chamfered or rounded angles including necessary form work, if any required, and finishing exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded coarse aggregate Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in flooring finished surfaces even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specifiedand directed.

Demolition of Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in CM(1:4), with and complete all as specified.

M&L for Brick work with old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), including demolition of old unserviceable brick work build in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperatly as supply only.

M&L for reinforced Precast cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landing , cover slab (for man-holes, shelves), chullah hoos, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves an similar articles with plain faces incluing demolition of concrete and necessary form work , & set in Cement Mortar (1:4) in complete all as specified an directed. Note:-Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately in respective items

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all specified and directed.

Mild steel framed work for joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed dependently without connecting plates, etc. (Cot to ordinary lengths i.e within 20mm of the length indicated), conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cleaning of leaves muds, debris and other unhygenic material from static water tank( Capacity of 40KL to 60KL) by totaly empty the water and removed/depositing waste material to a distance exc 1.5Km & n exc 5 Km. Finally the surface to be cleaned by spreading bleaching powder & 200 gms per sqm and washing it with fresh water and dry it including complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of epoxy based waterproofing paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and form mouths of circulating pipes, etc., capacity of tank exc 250 & n exc 500 litres including writing date of cleaning on the tank with suitable synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Urinal waste pipe fit to existing Urinal with proper fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Cast iron/PVC pipe of any dia and size fixed on wall or floor including all fittings complete all as specified.

M&L for PVC (SWR) sewage pipes single socketed, 75mm bore, in any length with rubber ring joints and other connecting fiitings as required, fixed to wall and floor or laid in trenches, as in repair, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) sewage pipes single socketed, 110mm bore, in any length with rubber ring joints including other connecting fiitings as required, fixed to wall and floor or laid in trenches, as in repair, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair of PVC (SWR) bends any radius of 75mm bore complete all as specified

Note :- An amount of Rs. 44,800.00 on account of credit schedule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
