REPAIR REPLACEMENT AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE SEPTIC TANK SOAKAGE WELL ETC UNDER AOR OF AGE BR DETT-B OF GE 862 EWS

M&L for cleaning and de-sludging of existing septic tank completely of solid/liquid sludge of any depth by pumping or manually from inside the septic tank and removal of sludge to a distance exc 1.00 KM outside defence land by mechanically (trolly mounted) and depositing/buried in and including excavated pits (required size and depth) of any type of soil. Top layers of excavation pit covered by layers of 150mm depth earth spreading with bleaching powder @ 200 gm per Sqm for disinfections purpose including taking down cover slab and refixing the same in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for systematically cleaning and de-silting/de-sludging of blocked sewage pipe line 150mm dia and any depth including taking out sludge/silt and other foreign materials from sewage line by rodding with using steel rod or split bamboo sticks thoroughly from both sides between adjacent manholes still clear flow of sewage line is observed, passing knots, kamti and disc of required size or pumping out liquid waste /sewage, plugging and diverting the flow to the drain if necessary and stacking the removed silt/sludge in deposits outside defence land as directed including taking precautionary measures such as safety belts, dry cell torch for lighting inside the manholes and drain etc, sprinkling bleaching powder on the silt/sludge to removed to avoid bad smell and disposal of silt complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate deem to be inclusive of excavation of earth pits and bleaching powder if required for disposal of silt.

M&L for cleaning of blockage of WCs including P or S traps, floor/gully traps of any size and depth upto and including 1st manhole manually with necessary T&P as per the site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of cleaning of 1st manhole shall be deemed to be inclusive in the unit rate of this item quoted by the tenderer)

M&L for cleaning of blocked manhole up to 1.50m deep and taking out sludge, soil, sludge water etc manually/mechanically and removing the same to a distanace exceeding 1.00km outside Military/ Defence land, deposited/bruied in and including excvated pits (required site and depth) all as directed including digging of pits in any type of soil and covering pits with earth after filling of sludge and including providing and spearding of bleaching powder @ 200gm per sqm for disnifecation purpose, including taking down of slab cover and refixing the same in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for LLDPE septic tank designed for 10 users to carry sewage and sludge water, excavation of any type of soil, PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 in foundation of 100mm thick as per septic tank size, vent shaft, connection etc including refilling of soil at sides of tank, well ramming in layers and removing execavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete after demolition or dismantling old unserviceable septic tank, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for LLDPE septic tank designed for 20 users to carry sewage and sludge water, excavation of any type of soil, PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 in foundation of 100mm thick as per septic tank size, vent shaft, connection etc including refilling of soil at sides of tank, well ramming in layers and removing execavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete after demolition or dismantling old unserviceable septic tank, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of soakage well 1.8 Mtr dia and 3 M deep including excavation of earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 in foundation, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercerpting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonry in cement mortar (1:4), RCC cover slab in M-25, interconnecting pipes of RCC complete filled with brick bats complete after demolition of old unserviceable soakage well all as specified and shown all as per drawing No CE/TD 1202/2008, sheet No.1/2 & 2/2.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation etc and not exceeding 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.
