Demolition of brick work/ stone masonry/ PCC block masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc, but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble, brought upto course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix welded steel wire fabric n exc 4 Kg/Sqm fixed with necessary nails/fasteners and mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia etc at wall/floor/slab etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying pressure guniting 40mm thick of cement and crushed sand in ratio 1:3 using sprayset (bonding agent) at the rate of 5 litre per 100 kg of cement of make HBL of Fosroc or equivalant in make as specified in appendix 'B' as approved by GE to all affected area of RCC/ masonary struucture complete as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Pressure guniting shall be applied by the applicator / manufacturer as approved by GE.

Material and labour for preparing newly concrete surfaces of wall and applying two coats elastomeric water proofing coating using Nitocote CM 210 paint of Fosroc or equivalent in make as specified in Appendix "B" as approved by GE including all tools and tackles as per manufacturer's instrucitons complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in two layers on brick work or concrete surfaces VIZ first layer 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 and top layer 5mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound finished the surface as sand plaster without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately as supply only)

Material and labour for dubbing out average 10mm thick on irregular face of brick or stone masonry walls in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 100 mm thick 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of MS 'C' channel, angle iron, MS plate, Nut & Bolt etc for water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing of newly plastered surfaces of wall, applying two coat of weather proof anti fungal exterior emulsion paint over a coat of acrylic primer at any height including necessary scafolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for broken stone hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2, 75mm thick using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC type B2 ,1:2:4(using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) ,100mm thick, as in floor and finish the surface broom finish without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 120 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade A complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 50 m and not exc 250 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.
