Taking down ceiling fan of any make and 1200mm sweep at site, cleaning dust and opening up for examination, cleaning all parts and providing fresh lubricant to bearing/bush (oil or grease reqquired) fixing the fan in position after assembling and adjustment for proper running including replacing of cable PVC copper flexible of size 23/0.0076 three core from ceiling rose to fan and other parts if required including testing for smooth running as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of bearings, bushes, capacitors and other spares etc shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only.

Supply only capacitor 2.5 mfd to 3.15 mfd dry type with PVC clamp completed all as specified and directed. Make of capacity Epcos/Unistar/Usha.

Supply only rubber bush complete with nut bolt, fork hook and spilt pin, washer suitable for existing ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep completed all as specified and directed.

Supply only electronic ceiling fan regulator stepped type heavy duty suitable to work on 230 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling carefully ceiling fans (any make) of 1200mm sweep for cutting down & removing old copper/Aluminium winding wire and M&L for rewinding the same with new super enameled copper wire of suitable size including providing insulation by varnishing, oiling and greasing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling carefully ceiling fans (any make) of 1400mm sweep for cutting down & removing old copper winding wire and M&L for rewinding the same with new super enameled copper wire of suitable size including providing insulation by varnishing, oiling and greasing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out complete windings, bearings/bushes, papers, tapes, flexible wire, shaft, check nut, frame of exhaust fan of size 300/380/450mm AC 230volts, 50 Hz 900/1400 RPM and M&L for rewinding with insulated copper windings wire of suitable size and replacement of bushes, bearings, tubes, papers, shafts, check nuts, bolts and nuts, capacitors, twin core copper wire, greasing, varnishing assembling and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of bearings, bushes, capacitors and other spares, if provided shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule as supply only.

Supply only shaft for ceiling fan of any sweep and fixing in position for smooth functioning of ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed.

Sully only PVC canopy for ceiling fans of any sweep and make and fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ball bearing for exhaust fan upto 450/380 mm sweep completed all as specified and directed.

Supply only blades of ceiling fan of any sweep & make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only capacitor 4 to 6 mfd for exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of ball bearing for ceiling fan 1400mm sweep completed all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 15 here-in-before but ceiling fan 6202/6201 1200mm sweep completed all as specified and directed.

Supply in replacement Wall mounting Fan 400 mm sweep, 230 volts, fixed on wall with suitable size nut, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only bush gun metal to match the ceiling fan of size 1200mm sweep completed all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 18 here-in-before but ceiling fan 1400mm sweep completed all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC air fresh air Fan 200/250 mm sweep, 230 volts, fixed on wall with suitable size nut, bolts and washers and connection complete all as specified & directed. Note; Make a hole as per site requirement rate deemed to included in quoted rate.

Supply only MS down rod of 15mm dia suitable for fan in any length including threading, drilling holes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only blades of exhaust fan 380/300/450 mm of any make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only hanging hook with washer, nut bolt with rubber packing complete all as specified & directed.

Painting of ceiling fan 1200/1400 MM sweep with high gloss white super enameld paint with help of Spray Gun and making smooth surface and marking MES no.with Black Paint all complete all as specified & directed.

Painting of ceiling fan 300/450 MM sweep with high gloss black super enameld paint with help of Spray Gun and making smooth surface and marking MES no.with white Paint complete all as specified & directed.

Supply in replacement of inner and outer cover of pedstal fan require size as per site complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing of Fan Stator with copper winding and with necessary item such as MS down Rod suitable for 1200/1400 sq mm sweep fan require size as per site complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing Ceiling Fan 1200/1400 mm sweep fan body upper and down as per site requirement complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling carefully Wall Fan/ Industrial Fan Metal Body/Pedstal Fan of any size & cutting down & removing old copper winding wire and M&L for rewinding the same with new super enameled copper wire of suitable size including providing insulation by varnishing, oiling and greasing & Refixing the same on site complete all as specified and directed.
