M & L for preparation of old decorated distempered surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil, greasy spots and apply one coat of oil emulsion distemper on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated distempered surfaces apply one coat of oil emulsion distemper on Ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L two coats of oil bound distemper on walls including preparation on old surfaces including applying 1 mm thick layer of wall putty on walls to give uniform surface complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (Before applying of wall care putty, complete removing of Old treatment as directed and approved by Engr-in-charge).

M&L wall care putty on wall 1mm thick layer including completed removing of existing tratment complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wood or wood based surfaces, of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed. .Note :This items will be executed upto 6th floor on external surface.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed .Note :This items will be executed upto 6th floor on external surface.

M & L for preparetion of plastered or unplastered old decorated surface of wall includind pillaster and cornices etc and applying two coat of plastic emulsion paint on wallover a layer of birla putty complete all as specified directed.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered wall surfaces including complete removal of existing surface and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as spd.

Preparetion of Old surfaces plastered or unplasterd of wall and applying one coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (apex) paint surfaces complete all as specified ans directed by Engr-in-Charge (Tint and shade as approved by the GE) . Material and labour for applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (Weather Coat-antifungal) paint including preparation by mechanical means (Spray gun) including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil, greasy spots and over a coat of exterior primer on plastered/unplastered(tiles) surfaces complete all as specified ans directed by Engr-in-Charge (Tint and shade as approved by the GE) Note :(Note :This items will be executed upto 6th floor on external surface.
