Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material as per clause 304 of MORT&H specifications Ordinary soil, by mechanical means depth upto 3 m including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means /manual means including getting out and disposal of excavated earth with all lead & lifts and lift upto 1.5m including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Loading , unloading and carriage of Earth with all lead & lifts and lift including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Laying design mix cement concrete of grade M-15 cement concrete lining of 100mm thick in side slope with censored paver machine (Latest Technology) weight batching and mixing plant transporting, viberating, providing & fixing PVC strip joints by using Mechanical contrivance, smooth, finishing, curing lining including dewatering, pumping out of water caused by spring and sub soil water, rain water, canal leakage etc. and lowering of SSWL, whenever required & cost of all material, labour, machinery lifts and details of all material including water and compacting in side slope and applicable of 10mm thick plastered 1:5 on the prepared wet subgrade in side slope, collecting debris and disposal off collected material outside the channel as per approved drawing and specification and relevent IS Code (Latest revision) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including cost of sampling testing of finished work and all type of water arrangement complete in all respect unit including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Providing & Laying in position machine batched and Machine mixed desgin mix cement concrete using cement content as per approved desgin mix i/c pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering shutteing finishing, and reinforcement including cost of curing , admixture in recommended proportion as per IS 9103 to Accelrate, retard setting of concrete, imporive work ability without impreaing strength & durability as per direction Engineer-in-Charge in All works above plinth and upto floor IV level M-15 grade PCC @ 240kg/cum, Less cement used as per design mix is recoverable. However no extra payment shall be made if excess cement is used as per design mix including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Providing PVC Seal as per IS 12200 including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Brickwork with common burnt clay non modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation & plinth Cement mortar 1:3 including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of formwork for: Foundations , footings , bases of columns including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Providing & Laying in position machine batched and Machine mixed desgin mix M-25 Grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved desgin mix i/c pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering shutteing finishing, and reinforcement including admixture in recommended proportion as per IS 9103 to Accelrate, retard setting of concrete, imporive work ability without impreaing strength & durability as per direction Engineer-in-Charge in All works above plinth level upto floor IV level minimum cement content 330 kg., Less cement used as per design mix is recoverable. However no extra payment shall be made if excess cement is used as per design mix including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect below plinth level Thermo-Mechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Pointing on brickwork or brick flooring with CM 1:3 Raised and cut pointing Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.

Demolishing brick work manually/ mechanical means i/c stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unservicable material within 50 metres in cement mortar including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications. (In Cement Mortar)

Filling cement bags with sand , sewing and laying in position within 30 mts in water including cost of strings including S/o & C/o material and labour charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, as per approved drawing/ design supplied by the department & as per PWD specifications.
