The Bidder should be individual Proprietorship Firm or Partnership Firm or Company Registered under Companies Act/ Partnership Act and should be Manufacturer of FabricatedMetal products/ panels/ enclosers.Registration certificate /SSI Certificate / License issued by the Commerce & Industries Department or any other Government statutory Authority.

The Bidder should have minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing testing and supply of Fabricated Metal products/ panels/ enclousers as on date of bid submission.Purchase order/order completion certificates in respect of experience of minimum 3 years as manufacture, testing and supply of sheet metal panels/ enclousers shall be uploaded.

The Bidder should have obtained orders for supply of not less than 80% of the tendered quantity (However it will be 40 % to Micro and Small Enterprises) in any one of the last 3 years (2023-24,2024-25 & 2025-26 ) Purchase Order copies placed by any Government Electrical Utilities/ PSUs /Any Govt. Factories shall be uploaded.

The Average Annual Financial Turnover of the Tenderer should be not less than the amount put to tender (However it will be 50% with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises) during the last 3 preceding financial years (2023-24,2024-25 & 2025-26 )Certified copies of audited financial statements such as P&L statement, Balance sheets for the FY (2023-24,2024-25 & 2025-26 )shall be uploaded with UDIN.
