Fabrication/Making & Fixing of Conveyer Belt at Inlet chamber of Bar screen at 45 MGD STP Okhla. By carrying out the following works: - including all the required works, materials, arrangements , tools & tackles , workmanship, safety equipments as per NHRC\NGT\ DPCC etc guidelines and as per site requirement , remodeling all the damages up to standard if occurred any complete in all respect as per requirement satisfactorily. Dismantling/ Cutting of worn out/ corroded M.S. sheet of conveyer belt, angle Iron along with bottom sheet with the help of gas cutter, all tools & tackles with safety equipment as per requirement at site.

Fabrication of outer structure along with base with the M.S. Angle Iron of sizes 100 x 100 x 8 mm approx 30 meter & M.S. Sheet 10 mm thick plate as per existing size approx 5.5 meter length and 0.5 meter width for base plate. Fabrication & making side structure with M.S Sheet of 8 MM. approx 25 meter and 2 nos. front & back side. Making half round on both side along with fixing of hinges as required for fixing the rollers.

Dismantling and repairing of both side rollers of size approx 0.5 meter with replacement of bearing, shaft as per existing size and greasing, overhauling and assembling and fixing at side with required material for smoothly running.

Providing of roller as per existing size /approx 12’’ for shifting the floating material to the conveyer Belt.

Providing of conveyer belt 0.5 meter wide and 12 meter long for shifting the floating material hard black rubber material is a blend of neoprene, nitrile, and styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) and comes inserted with a cloth fabric.

Dismantling of 0.5 HP 415 volts 3 phase 960 RPM Crompton Greaves make induction Motor. The work includes separating stator & rotor, varnishing, baking with Dr. Back Varnish, replacement of connection Leads, connection plate & Box. Assembling the complete motor and Put on the foundation, tightening on the Nut Bolts, i/c providing/fixing of new tyre coupling.

Dismantling and overhauling of gear box with required of worm Gear, Pinion, Bushes, Bearings Fabricated as per standard in respect of size, finishing as per sample of primary gear box

Assembling & fitting of the complete unit/ components/ structure with necessary Civil Works at site. Alignment/ Testing/ Commissioning of the mechanical Bar Screen after making connections of Electric Motor and general servicing of starter.

Painting of the complete system from both side with one coat of Red oxide and two coat of enamel paint.
