Replacement of damaged electrical components by way of providing and fitting of new components of 300 ampere LT control panel and 400 ampere MCCB alongwith allied works at pumping Sounthian stage-1st by way of replacement of 415v, 3 phase, 300 ampere rating LT control panel by way of isolating incoming power, dismantling of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panel and shifting to workshop. The job involves extraction of damaged fault analyzer cum controller unit and thereafter providing and fitting of new fault analyzer of same size and specifications. Extraction of damaged 3 pole main power contactor MNX-300-1no. and MNX-185 delta contactor and subsequently providing and fitting of new contactors of same rating and specifications, followed by testing of the equipment without load and thereafter on full load. Job further includes providing and fitting of new 400 ampere MCCB of reputed make and then testing on full load. Job also includes replacement of resistance of regulator cum rotor controller by way of providing and fitting of new resistance alongwith wooden strips of same size and specifications of 180 HP slipring motor alongwith providing and filling of 30 liters of Transformer oil. Complete job includes cost of material, transportation and manual carriage charges, skilled and unskilled labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. (complete job).
