(i) Bulk or full order will be placed on manufacturer or trader who are either registered with railway for tendered item or who has successfully supplied same or similar item to Zonal railway\ PU\ CORE\ PSU\ OTHER\ GOVT.DEPARTMENT (with any revision of specification\drawing or with different size)in last three financial year and current financial year up to date of tender opening. (ii) Please submit credential of past performance for tendered or similar item(successfully supply) along with their offer for consideration their offer. (iii) For Specific make/brand if required then OEM authorization is required only for case value/Estimated value more than 01 Lakh. Tenderers/ Bidders are required to submit authorization from OEM or dealership certificate from OEM issued to bidders for quoted Make/ Brand along with offer, failing which offer will be passed over.

I/We agree to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by me/us in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and (or) Special and (or) other conditions specified/attached with the tender. I/We also confirm that rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance. Such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored.
