Earth work excavation for foundation in all class of soils except hard rock requiring blasting but shoring shuttering and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of the foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surpous earth in all palces shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc including levelling the site etc., complete with standard specification in hard stiff cllay, stiff black cotton soil, hard fred earth, shale murums, gravel stoney earth, and earth mixed with 50% fair sized boulders, and hard gravelly soil in foundation.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, five sand, and Ten hard broken stone) Using 40mm ISS size Hand Broken granite stone Jelly for Foundation and Flooring including labour charges for mixing concrete watering and laying the concrete in layers not more than 15 cms thick compacting etc complete complying with standard specification etc complete.

Brick Work in cement mortar 1:5 using country bricks including cost conveyance and all labour charges etc complete.

Supplying and erection centering for sides and soffits inculding necessary supports and structing for plain surfaces such as RCC Slab,Lintel,Beam coloum,sunshade etc complete.,

Supplying and fabrication of steel including cost conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc complete

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1:5:3 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc complete

Plastering with Cement Morter 1:3 mix 10 mm thick inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc

Plastering with Cement Morter 1:5 mix 12 mm thick inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc

granolthick flooring including finishing the joint and pointing flush with tile surface etc complete.

Weathering course using pressed tiles over brick jelly concrete including cost conveyance and all labour charges etc complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone M.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Distember two coats with Shell lime including cost conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Plastic Emulsion Paint two coatsincluding cost conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.
