Section- I Civil Works

5.7.3 Providing 12 mm Thk. cement plaster(1:6) on inside walls with clean course sand of FM-1.5 including screening, curing with all leads & lifts of water, scaffolding taxes & royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

5.7.6 Providing 6mm cement plaster(1:4) in ceiling with clean course sand of FM-1.5 including screening, curing with all leads & lifts of water, scaffolding taxes & royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

5.2.11 Providing designation 75 A BRICK WORK in CM. (1:6) in SUPERSTRUCTURE with approved quality of clean coarse & of F.M. 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints cost of screening,racking out joints to 15 mm depth,curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of Engineer Incharge

5.3.11 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams,Slab,lintel,etc suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

5.3.17.19 Centering and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc. And removal of form for Weather shade, Chajja, corbels etc. Including edges

5.6.28 Providing and laying Doublecharge vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 / ISO 13006 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm .

5.6.23 Providing and laying 6 mm precast white glazed tiles in walls over 12mm cement mortar (1:3) and jointed with white cement slurry flush pointed with white cement including rubbing, polishing and cost of curing taxes, and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. 5.6.23.4 with commercial grade colour 15x15 cm tiles

DSR 11.39 Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.
