Supply and Installation of Electronic Signage Board with structure frame and ACP surface under S W M Project at Jhargram Municipality

Supply of Acrylic letter seripted in English / Bengali size and matter of letter as per approved drawing by EIC, front side of the letter to be made 6 mm thick imported (white-0.40) uv stabilizes excellent to self-display, Make- Acast, Mitsubishi, all letter will be raised minimum 2" to be fixed by special type of solution. Making procedure: The Signage Board made out of laser cut 4 mm. acrylic letters fixed behind the ACP panel and 3 mm. laser cut acrylic letters/logo inserted and fixed in the CNC-cut positions, perfectly aligned and finished flush with the ACP surface, Green colour vinyl pested on 3 mm. acrylic maintaining uniform level and neat appearance. The signage shall be illuminated internally using outdoor quality LED modules of GOQ make or equivalent approved brand, complete with suitable driver/power supply of outdoor grade. All internal wiring shall be properly dressed, insulated and secured to ensure safety and long service life.The complete signage shall be installed at site in proper alignment, level and plumb, including all necessary fittings, fasteners, supports and accessories. The work shall include all materials, fabrications, finished in a professional manner with smooth edges, clean joints and high-quality workmanship as per approved design, specifications and client's satisfaction.The signage structure made out of MS section of size 96 x 48 mm. and 25 x 50mm. duly welded with proper joints and adequate stiffeners to ensure required strength, rigidity and long-term durability. MS section painted with apoxy base primer. The MS box structure shall be wrapped/cladded with ACP sheet, CNC router cut as per approved design and drawings. [Size 24.5 ft x 3.6 ft] 8.191. sq.mt.

M.S. Structure for Back Support: - Fabricating and fixing of signage back support structure made out of Mild Steel angle sections of 40 x 40 x 4 mm. complete in all respect. The structure shall be properly cut, aligned, and welded with accurate joints and provided with necessary stiffeners/bracings to ensure adequate strength, rigidity and long-term stability. The MS section painted with apoxy base with final painting after cleaning of rust and dust etc. for corrosion protection. [Analysis enclosed] 48.69 Kg. L-7.467 mts: 1.097 mts 7.467 x2 +1.097 x 4 = 19.322 mts. + wastage @5% = 20.288 mts X 2.4 Kg/mt = 48.69 Kg. 1. The structure shall be fixed on concreate surface using 10 mm. dia. Fisher (or approved equivalent) fasteners including drilling and anchoring. The signage board shall be connected to the structure using 8 mm. thick M.S. plate, properly aligned and rigidly fixed by bolts/welding as required. Transportation, Testing & Commissioning Transportation of completed signage from workshop to project site with including proper packing, loading and unloading, safe handling and to the installation location. Installation materials such as MS brackets, anchor fasteners, clamps, nuts, bolts including necessary welding work with proper finishing and anti-rust touch-up. Providing and completing all required connections incl wiring (within 6 mts), drivers, power supply units, earthing and proper cable management. Testing and commissioning of the signage incl. checking illumination, alignment, structural stability and electrical safety, complete in all respect as per site condition and under the instruction of E.1.C.
