Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof & disposal of retrieved material upto a distance n.exc 100m where directed, all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness including plastering and leaping (where full thickness removed or only a part there of disposal off rubbish upto a distance n.exc 100m, where directed.

Cleaning of old Roof / wall concrete surfaces & applied a coat of cold bituminous primer over cleaned surface @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm followed by APP modified five layer ploymeric membrane 3mm thick, minimum wt 3.50 kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150gms/Sqm ) manufactured by M/S STP Ltd/IWL India Ltd or its equivalent, laid as per the manufactures instruction with side over lap of 75mm & end over lap of 100mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces if required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20- 22 mm thick factory made PCC tiles of size 250mm x 250mm with grey cement and no pigment , bedded in cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick and joints grouted flush in CM (1:3) mixed with @ 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified.

M&L Making benching with PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using WPC as per manufacturer's instruction along side wall adjoining to roof in concave shape complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down Cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on internal surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar in 1:4 on external surfaces of concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement & with using integral water proofing compound (as per manufacturer's instructions) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately)

M&L Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar in 1:3 on roof surfaces of concrete surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement & with using integral water proofing compound (as per manufacturer's instructions) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately)

M&L Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar in 1:3 on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work of any type built in cement mortor in any condition etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m means radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description such as Kitchen chimney, chajja, shelves, OHT Tanks. etc and in any position not other wise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including fixed with exsiting reinforcement with fastners or binding wires complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-Charge.

M&L TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including including fixed with exsiting reinforcement with fastners or binding wires complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coat of Oil Bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting priming of approved tint on new surfaces of walls, complete all as specified.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on wall and applying two coats of Acrylic distemper over a coat of wall care putty on wall surfaces and smoothening the surfaces with sand paper/mechanised sanding etc, (preparatory to paint as directed), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L and preparation of sureface Applying two coat of white wash on newly plastered surface of ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing surface finishes of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash on old plastered ceiling surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

M/L Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer.

Carefully chipping, removing existing loose/ damaged concrete with plaster from Roof, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops and similar items by low impact high frequency hammer/ chipper without damaging the existing sound concrete and exposing old reinforcement upto 10mm beyond corroded reinforcement bars using electrically operated diamond concrete saw blade, making the edges straight and even and cleaning it by wire brush and then by air blower complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning all existing reinforcement bars in Roof, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops and similar items with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make entire circumference surface of bars free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc., complete and applying alkaline rust converting primer in 2 coats on the existing rebar and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble and adherent protective layer including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove the rust spalls, (consumption Qty as per manufacturer’s instructions but min 0.4 kg/Sqm approx for 2 Coats ) complete as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Mode of measurement : per sqm of breaking area of concrete only.

Providing and application of Zinc rich epoxy anti-corrosive protective coating for reinforcement bars as corrosion protection system in 2 coats to the entire circumference surface of bars (consumption Qty as per manufacturer's instructions but min 0.4 kg/Sqm approx for 02 coats) in Roof, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops and similar items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. The product should confirm carbonation resistance of 2 mm and bond strength > 1N/sqmm according to ASTM C 882-78 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Mode of measurement: per sqm of application area of concrete.

Apply SBR based bonding agent to the entire concrete surface prior to building up of concrete with Polymer modified mortar or any other treatment , (consumption Qty as per manufacturer’s instructions but min 0.4 kg/Sqm approx) including cleaning the surface to remove dirt, dust or any other impurities on the surface, etc. complete in Roof, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops and similar items complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rebuilding the section of structural damaged RCC/PCC elements of Roof, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops repair to spalling concrete to its original size and shape in layers of 20 mm average thickness in 1st layer by providing and applying with pre-batched, one component fiber based repair mortar having compressive strength >= 50 N/sqmm (28 days) according to ASTM C 109; flexural strength >= 5N/ sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM C 293-79 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All As Per Item No 25 above But Additional 10 mm thick Layer

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. Including Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc all as specified and as directed

Dismantling existing broken unserviceable PVC tank of capacity 1000 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing three layers 1000 litre HDPE water storage tanks polyproof. white in colour rotational moulded polyethylene (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including Supply and fixing of suitable size inlet/outlet arrangement & other accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 20mm bore ( weight 210 gms Minimum) ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of size complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down or up 20 mm bore galvanised iron tubing /PE-AL-PE pipes and connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 20mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed. and directed .

Note:- Net contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of Sch of credit.
