Supplying, Erection and testing of 3.0mtr. (3000mm) height decorative cast iron pole in which the bottom portion is atleast 600 mm long made of cast iron and the top portion must be in the form of multiple circular shafts. The bottom CI portion should have round mounting base of not less than 385mm dia and must be provided with service window comprising of 4way, 25Amp connector terminal and a single pole C- Curve 10KA 6A MCB. The top portion should not less than 90mm dia the pole should be duly polyster / Pu painted black colour etc as required.

Providing & making RCC foundation of 1300mm(H)X600mmX600mm size with 1:2:4(1Cement, 2 Coarse, 4 Stone aggregate) complete with 12mm(Vertical support) and 8 mm( horizontal support) dia. M.S. bar for reinforcement along with centering & shuttering i/c supplying & fixing 600mm long , 16mm dia J type G.I, coated foundation bolt/ Anchor bolt with template suitable for above mentioned decorative pole. The job includes cost of providing and installaing 100mm dia 800mm length HDPE pipe complete with excavation the soil & refilling, ramming, curing etc. as rqd. a) 03 Meter Decorative Pole

Providing and making of pole earthing by way of embedding 40mm dia Gia Pipe 1 meter long dully welded with 25 X 3 mm GI Strip.

Supplying and laying of 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, 240/415 volts, “C”curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. a) MCB single pole 6 A to 32 A

Providing, laying, testing and connecting PVC sheathed armoured xlpe Al cables of different sizes from pole to pole and from main panel to sub-panels.the job includes the cost of excavation as per site requirement. a) 10 mm sq 2 core.

Providing and making of end termination of the following 3 ½ LT cable including Thimbling, crimping tapping, testing and connecting as per site requirements a) 10 mm sq 2 core.

Supplying and embedding 40mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting)for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape and cost of excavation complete as required.

Providing, making and laying of cement concrete (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20mm) of specifiedsize and shape including form work, etc as required.
