Emty boring through all sorts of strata for providing 1.20 Mt. diameter R.C.C. bored piles to required depth, required depth including providing necessary casing pipe with all plants and equipments as required complete.

Providing and casting in situ Ordinary cement concrete M-150 for R.C.C. raft and cut-off walls including necessary shuttering, laying, vibrating, ramming and curing complete. (more than 10 tonne)

Providing and laying controlled cement concrete M-450 for R.C.C. bored piles of 1.20 Mt. diameter including ramming, vibrating and finishing complete (more than 10 tonne)

Providing and casting in situ controlled cement concrete M-350 for R.C.C. pile cap including necessary formwork, ramming, vibrating and finishing complete (more than 10 tonne)

Providing and casting in situ controlled cement concrete M-300 for R.C.C. returns as per drawings including centering, shuttering, scaffolding where necessary, laying, ramming, vibrating, curing and finishing complete.

Providing and casting in situ controlled cement concrete M-250 for R.C.C.solid slab including centering, shuttering, scaffolding, laying, ramming, vibrating, curing and finishing complete.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering at all lead and lifts etc. completed

Providing and fixing Separation Membrane of impermeable plastic sheeting 125 micron thick or tar paper as per drawing and as directed

Providing and laying 12 mm thick pre - moulded asphalt filler joints as per drawing and as directed

Providing and laying 20 mm thick compressible shalitex board at joints as per drawing and as directed

Providing and laying in position FE 500D TMT bar reinforcement including cutting, bending, hooking and tying complete as per detailed drawings for the following. (A) Piers (B) Abutments (C) R.C.C. returns

(B) Solid slab, approach slab, railing, curb beam

Providing and fixing in position copper plate as per design for expansion joints (2 mm thick).

Provding G.I. 100 mm diameter water spouts including necessary iron gratings as per drawings.

Providing flood guage marks on substructure as per design including painting complete

Providing and filling in position bitumen mix filler of Proportion 80 kg of hot bitumen, 1 kg. of cement and 0.25 cubicmetre of coarse sand for expansion joints.(100 x 10 mm)

Providing and laying weep hole in Abutments and returns by using PVC pipe of 75 mmdia 6kg/cm including laying in proper grades and jointing the completed as per detailed specification.

Providing and laying filter media 600 mm thick directed at the back of abutments, returns and wing walls as per detailed specificatins

Load testing of foundation piles including loading with necessary kentledge or any other suitable method as directed. Group of two or more piles upto 227 tonne Safe capacity Initial test (Test Load 2.5 times the Safe capacity) for a length of 16 meter.

Routine test (Test Load 1.5 times the Safe capacity) for a length of 16 meter.

Providing and applying Epoxy paint of approved make to concrete surface for bridge pier, beam, cap, railing etc. including clearing the surface by scrapping and air blowers to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge necessary scafolding etc. complete with all leads and lifts and giving satisfactory hydraulic test for water tightness as per IS codes. For new surfsce - Two coats
