Construction of 01 No. 33KV HPCL Bay including Lighting in Extended portion of Switchyard alongwith other associated works at 220KV Substation Dataganj under Electricity Transmission Division Budaun with all cost of men, misc. consumables, normal & special t&ps etc required to be arranged by agency for satisfactory completion of the work, with all due care of safety & precautions as per technical specifications and direction of the supervising engineer, as per details below :

Supply of 5 No. U-Bolted type Single Tension Fitting Assembly with Turn Buckle, suitable for Traumtulla Conductors and 33KV Bus Bar Disc Insulator String comprising of 4 No. 70 KN Disc Insulators, complete with Hardware Fittings, D-Shackle, Socket Eye, Ball Hook, Yoke Plate, D-Clip, Tension Clamp etc, as per Technical Specification & Sample.

Supply of 33KV Isolator Bi-Metallic Terminal Connector Duly made of LM-6 Aluminium Alloy, along with Bi-Metallic Sleeve/ Plate Suitable for Twin ACSR Panther Conductor with 4Nos. 12mm Size GI Bolts, Nuts, Spring & Plain Washers, as per Technical Specification & Sample.

33 KV C.T. Junction Box with Terminal Block, Terminal block having drop down link with water proof rubberized seal & lock arrangement.

33 KV P.T. Junction Box with Terminal Block, Terminal block having drop down link with water proof rubberized seal & lock arrangement.

Supply of MS Flat size 50x6mm.

Erection of Main and Auxiliary structure consisting of columns, beams, peaks, masts etc. and auxiliary structure required for installation of Isolators, CTs, PTs, LAs, and other equipments. The job consists of shifting of all material i.e. structure parts, nuts, bolts, washers etc. from store to site of erection, erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practices using flat and spring washer with each bolt Matching of holes, cutting, matching of members if required shall also be done by the contractor without any extra cost to complete the work satisfactorily. All material to be erected shall be supplied by UPPTCL free of cost but all men, material and T&P required for satisfactorily completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

String of Main Bus Bar of 33 kv with AAC Traumtulla Conductor 24 meter length including fitting of tention clamp, hoisting of Insulator, cutting of conductor and also shifting of all material from store side to switchyard side and all other associated work to complete the works satisfactorilly.

(a) 33 KV Main Bus Bar (1x Tramttula Conductor Length Approx. 24 Mtr.)

String of Transfer Bus Bar of 33 kv with ACSR Zebra Conductor 24 meter length including fitting of tention clamp, hoisting of Insulator, cutting of conductor and also shifting of all material from store side to switchyard side and all other associated work to complete the works satisfactorilly.

(b) 33 KV Main Bus Bar (1x Zebra Conductor Length Approx. 24 Mtr.)

Erection of Following Equipments in 33KV HPCL Bay including their Shifting from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site :

(a) 33KVC.B.

(b) 33KV C.T.

(c) 33KV P.T.

(d) 33KV Bus Isolator with associated PIs

(e) 33KV Line Isolator with associated Earth Blades & PIs

(f) 33KV C.T. / P.T. Junction Box

(g) 33KV Feeder Control & Relay Panel

(h) Energy Meter Cubical

Interconnection of following equipment and bus bar including cutting, bending of conductor and jumpering clamping along with all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per drawing and technical specifications with Main.

(a) 33KV Line Bay

Laying of Following sizes Control Cables in Cable Trenches from Control & Relay Panels in Control Room to various Equipments, Junctions Boxes etc. in Switchyard as per Cable Schedule including Shifting of Cables in Drums from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site and Shifting Back the Balance Cables to Stores at the Sub Station :

(a) 2C x 2.5 mm2

(b) 4C x 2.5 mm2

(c) 6C x 2.5 mm2

Termination of various sizes above Laid Control Cables Extending D.C. Supply from DCDB and A.C. Supply from ACDB to Control Panels & Equipments including Drilling of Holes, Providing and Fixing of Cable Glands, Ferrules &Crimping type Lugs.

Earthing of Main & Aux. Structures and Equipments (CB, Isolators, CTs, PTs, C&R Panel, Junction Boxes etc.) with 50 × 6 mm size M.S. Flat by Cutting, Straightening & Laying 500 mm below Inside Ground & above Ground as per norms and Diagonal / Double Earthing of the Main & Aux. Structures, Equipments including Welding with Main Earth Mat and with the Object to be Earthed including Excavation of Trenches & its Back Filling etc.

Painting of 50 × 6 mm size M.S. Earthing Strip in Bus Green Colour by Rubbing with Sand Paper & Wire Brush, then Painting with 1 Coat of Red Oxide Primer & 2 Coats (The 2nd Coat of Paint shall be Applied at the Gap of 48 hrs. when 1st Coat of Paint is done &Checked by concerned S.D.O. / J.E.) of 1st Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of Asian / Berger / Nerolac make in Bus Green / Black Colour.

Providing &Fixing of 125 Watt L.E.D. Street Light Luminaries Fittings of Philips / Compton Greaves / Havells make in Single Piece Die Cast Aluminium Alloy Housing with Pot Optics Reflector & Toughened Clear Glass Cover with Frame for Lamp Compartment inlcuding Cable Terminations and associated works.
