Supply, erecting, installation, testing and commissioning of 26 HP modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow/Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRF/VRV) air cooled outdoor unit – complies type-IV OEM standards working on R410A refrigerant or equivalent environmentally acceptable refrigerant suitable for Indian climatic conditions. Air cooled outdoor unit with vertical hot air discharge should be suitable for cooling and heating application, complete with all accessories as required. The unit shall deliver rated cooling capacity at AHRI conditions, 100 % capacity at 47 oC and shall be capable of continuous operation at ambient temperature up to 56°C without tripping. The outdoor unit shall consist of hermetically sealed inverter scroll compressor(s), microprocessor-based control system, refrigerant piping accessories, vibration isolators and weatherproof powder coated cabinet. Modules above 14 HP shall have minimum two compressors for improved reliability and part load operation. The system shall be suitable for long refrigerant piping applications as per OEM recommendations.The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.7 and IEER shall not be less than 6.5. The unit shall operate on 415V ±10%, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC supply. Air cooled copper condenser coil of suitable shape for increasing maximum heat transfer area, rain protection cover, built in oil separator, accumulator and oil receiver, copper tube aluminium fin air cooled condenser, condenser fan with motor suitable for 415V ±10%, 3 Phase, 50 Hz AC supply. The complete unit should be suitable for high ambient conditions. Internal copper refrigerant piping, internal wiring and control panel etc. all housed in powder coated weatherproof cabinet.

Supplying, laying / fixing, testing and commissioning of appropriate nominal refrigerant copper pipefor liquid line / suction line supply and return piping of suitable gauge ( hard drawn copper pipe for liquid main line and for refrigerant ) along with necessary supports, hangers, clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as bends, tees, valves, gauges, strainers with insulation of 19 mm thick elastomeric nitrile rubber along with application of multicoating suitable for use with VRV / VRF piping for protection against mechanical damages, fungal growth, flame spread, water permeance and ultra violet radiations complete with OEM standards of VRV / VRF air conditioning system.

Supplying and installation of high pressure grade required size copper connection Y or T- Joints / refnet for liquid and suction line complete erected on wall/ceiling with supports/raceways, Nitrile rubber insulation, painting etc. with brazing and testing for leakages confirming the normal operation of the VRV / VRF air conditioning system.

Providing vaccumising the airconditioner system to 200 micron and charging with R-410A/R32 refrigerant for air conditioning unit.

Carrying out core cutting of size 3" to 5" dia x 15" length in the C.C./rock/stone wall with the help of specialized core cutting machine in proper manner and finishing the site as original.

Supplying and erecting UPVC pipe for drain of 32 mm dia. with required accessories on wall / ceiling as per specification No: WG-MA/CON.

Supply, fabrication, installation an testing of flexible canvass connections constructed between ductable unit / dampers / ducting of required size with fire resist flexible double canvas sleeve complete.

G.S.S. S.A/ R.A. ducting complete with, support rods, angles, channels, galvanized nut bolts, gasket at joints etc. fabricated as per IS specifications. The quantities are as follows -22 Gauge
