SOLAR POWER WORKS PART I

Taking down carefully Roof Top Photovoltaic(PV) Solar Panels(50KWp Solar Plant) from the Existing Building(P-28) complete including Connected Items such as 50 KWp Solar Iverter,DCDB'S,ACDB Switch,Monoblock Pumps With Power Cables, PVC Conduits for DC Cables of any size,Water PVC pipes and fittings of any size etc, removing materials from site And Reinstallation,Testing and Comissioning of Above removed Solar Power Plant on the roof top Nearby Building Within INS Hamla all as specified and directed. Note : (a)The Contractor shall make own Arrangements for shifting the Solar Plant (b) The Contractor Shall Responsible for Replacement of any Damages to Solar Panels and Connected Solar Plant Items During From Removal To Reinstallation Process Complete all as specified and Directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (c) The Contractor Shall Execute and Comissioning of above Solar Plant work with Authorised Skilled Workers only. (d) The efficiency of the solar plant shall be checked by Engr-in-charge before taking down the plant and it shall be same after reinstallation of the plant on other location. (e) The replaced solar panels shall be of make as of the original panles.

Supply and fix Single core PVC insulated copper multi strandered 4 sqmm solar cable(for DC Supply), 1.8 KV grade, drawn through and including PVC conduit of size 20mm dia and conduit accessories, fixed on the surfaces of floor, wall etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to copper strip of size 20x3 mm as earthing lead means of nut, bolts and washers made out of brass metal and 40 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to DB or as directed by Engr -in-Charge including PCC Pit in Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (20mm Graded Stone Agg-regate) and RCC Cover of size 450X450X50mm in RCC 1:2:4 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) rein-forced with and including 8.0mm dia TMT Bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways, Galvanised Iron Wire Mesh, Funnel, Galvanised Iron Watering Pipe 20mm Bore (dia) Medium Grade, necessary Excavation in Soft/ Loose Soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus Spoil upto a distance of 50.00 METRE and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part-I and Testing on completion , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches/fixing to wall/ceiling or floor,Jointing, GI tubing,medium grade including all fittings, such as bends,elbows,tees,unions,short pieces,connectors,check nuts,caps,plugs etc complete all as specified and directed for the pipe dia size 25 mm bore.

S & F Gate valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed suitable for 25mm inch GI pipe.

Supply and Fixing on roof of pump House Rotational moulded polyethylene (PVC) Made water storage tank 500 Ltrs Capacity(cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position Complete all as specified.

Supply and Fix Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/2 0mm-210gms./ 25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms) To the PVC Water Tank.

M&L for PCC Weight Blocks made with Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, mass concrete, PCC blocks etc (including provision of necessary form work etc), complete all as specified and directed. Of size 300 x300 x250 mm

WATER SUPPLY WORKS PART II

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for exposing getting out GI/CI pipes in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning ,filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming lin layers not exceeding 25 cm after the pipes have been laid all as specified and directed with soil .

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up / down old unserviceable chocked rusted GI pipe & fittings complete for following bore of pipes :-(a) 50/80 mm bore

All as per item No.15 above but for pipes 40 mm bore

All as per item No.15 above but for pipes 25 mm bore

Supply and laying in trenches /fixing to wall / ceiling or floor, jointing, GI tubing, medium grade including all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, union, short pieces, connectors, check nuts, caps, plugs etc complete all as specified and directed of following bore of pipes :- 80 mm bore

All as per item No.18 above but for pipe 50 mm bore

Supply and fix Ductile Iron (DI) pipes 100 mm dia with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast Class KP with Rubber Tyton Joints in any length complete laid in trenches and all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work and joints shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down cast iron mains including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete of size 100 mm and all as specified and directed.

Taking up cast iron water mains (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead for the pipe dia 80 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head, threaded both ends of size 50 mm duly ISI mark complete all as directed Make : HM/Sant/ RMW/Neta

Hand wheel with stainless steel spindle, checknut complete all as per IS -14846-2000 with nominal pressure rating, PN 1.0 including. material & labour for jointing flanged joint with rubber fibre jointing ring bolt nut & washer etc including necessary earth work. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement sluice valve of size 80 mm dia with cast iron short body. Hand wheel with stainless steel spindle, checknut complete all as per IS -14846-2000 with nominal pressure rating, PN 1.0 including. material & labour for jointing flanged joint with rubber fibre jointing ring bolt nut & washer etc including necessary earth work. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of valve chamber of size 900 x 900 x 900 mm (internal dimensions built in brick masonary on 15 cm thick PCC foundation (1 : 4 : 8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate over 100 mm thick hard cor with brick work masonary in cement mortar 1:4 using 'B' class bricks and rendering in cement mortar 1: 4, 10 mm thick internally including exposed surfaces of external surfaces, MS cover made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet on angle iron framework made out of 40 x 40 x 3 mm duly embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with hold fast made out of MS flat iron 25 x 6 mm x 300 mm long and 40 mm thick PCC coping 40 mm thick 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with handle hinges with locking arrangement & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to all exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, jointing, testing and commissioning, ISI marked, IS No. 8329:2000, Centrifugally cast(Spun) ductile Iron pipe including specials, flanged type, Shall be class “K-9” complete of 80mm(3'') dia including rubber tyton joints all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for DI fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, dreasing or double socket etc.), tee piece, single, branch 'Y' junction, double branch cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs etc. for pipes up to 100 mm bore. as per IS:9523/2000 approved and all fittings shall be of K-9 class,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches/fixing to wall/ceiling or floor,Jointing, GI tubing,medium grade including all fittings, such as bends,elbows,tees,unions,short pieces,connectors,check nuts,caps,plugs etc complete all as specified and directed for the pipe dia size 65 mm bore.(Location :Suction Pipe at KV and Main Pump House).

Material and labour for construction of valve chambers of size 1100x1100x1200 mm suitable up to 100 mm Dia pipe (internal dimension built in brick masonary on 15cm thick PCC foundation(1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate over 100 mm thick hard cor with brick work masionary in cement mortar 1:4 using 'B' class bricks and rendering in cement mortar 1:4, 10 mm thick internally included exposed surface of external surfaces, MS cover made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet on iron angle framework made out of MS flat iron 25 x 6 mmx 300 mm long and 40 mm thick PCC coping 40 mm thick 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm garded stone aggregate with handle hinges with locking arrangement & applying two coats of synthetic enamle paint over a coat of red oxide primer to all exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.(Main O.H.T)

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made and tested LT Panel Indoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system. hall be dust and vermin proof, protection class (IP-42) and made of 2.00 mm thick Stainless Steel Sheet SS316 & suitable frame work/ support made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm MS angle frame, front and Rear opening type with space for cable entry from back side of the panel, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 sqmm complete. ( Location:- Pump Room Panel ) Make:- HPL/ ABB/ L&T/ Universal Switch Gear Control/ Tricolite or any Equivalent CPRI Certified make approved by the GE. Note :The panel manufacturer should have Govt. Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground lavel) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground lavel connected to GI Earth strip 32x6 mm by mean of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of brash all as shown in electrical plate No 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit and CI cover fullel with watering pipe, wire mess and copper lugs etc GI protection pipe 40 mm dia medium grade including testing on completion all as specified and directed.
