Servicing/Maintenance of walk-in cooler of capacity 9000 ltr with PUF panel cabin of size 7'9"x 7'9"x7'9" such as checking Gas and gas leakage, cleaning of condensing coil with water for better performance of cold store, cleaning and greasing of condensing blower motor, cooling fan motors, Cleaning and washing of complete indoor and outdoor unit and PUF cabin, cleaning of condensers unit, checking tightening of all electrical connections complete all as directed.

Material and labour for de-scaling of condenser-03 Nos for 2 x 5.5 TR (working capacity) & 1 x 5.5 TR standby AC central type with copper tubes by removing nuts & bolts, water connection and filling up of de-scaling acid HCL in condenser and manually cleaning of copper tubes with using Nylon brush of superior quality, iron rod for removing of complete scaling from tubes and water circulation through condenser including replacement of rubber gasket, nut & bolts of 5.5 TR condensing unit Model No SMC-2-65 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting electric motor 7.5 HP and transporting to workshop, dismantling the same and taking out rotor assembly removing burnt winding coil of stator, cleaning the complete stator and rotor with carbon tetra chloride solution, rewinding the stator coil with super enameled copper conductor of proper size/gauge as per existing, inserting the new re-winded coils of stator duly varnishing and insulated with superior quality insulation material, replacement of old connection lead with superior quality PVC copper cable with stranded copper conductor from motor to connection plate, replacement of ball bearing, reassembling the motor, shifting to work site and connecting with the system, testing on full load complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
