23.22.5 Supply and erection of miniature circuit breaker 240/415 V in the existing distribution board including making necessary connections.

23.27 Supply and erection of Godrej Almirah type M.S. Pedestal made of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron frame with 3.00 mm thick M.S. sheet covering including shutters with suitable hinges and locking arrangement with Godrej type handle including round bars . The top covering should have downward overhang of 75 mm on all sides of pedestal , having two sets of water proof ventilation holes of suitable size on the sides , at top and bottom , each set containing four Nos. holes to discharge the heat produced by the current . The shutters fixed with rubber gasket of superior quality and of suitable size to make it water proof . The pedestal duly painted both inside and outside with two coats of approved paint and primary coat and its legs are embeded upto the entire depth in 1:2:4 cement concrete block , projected 75 mm all around the pedestal and and 200 mm above the ground level including the cost of all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work:-

23.27.2 M.S.pedestal of size 750 mm wide , 900 mm high , 300 mm deep and bottom totally open , duly embeded in cement concrete block of size 900 mm x 450 mm x 200 mm above ground level duly plastered with 12 mm thick 1:4 cement plaster , having a base of size 1050 mm x 600 mm x 250 mm below ground level

24.1 Earthing and Lightening Arrestor

24.1.1 Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 m long and 40 mm dia with masonry enclosure on the top etc. (but without charcoal or coke and salt) as required .

24.1.2 Extra for using salt and charcoal / coke for pipe earth electrode as required.

24.1.14 Supply and erection of 20mm x 3 mm thick GI, tape fixed with suitable G.I. stapples of same size.

24.5 Miscellaneous Items

24.5.2 Supply and erection of mark double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe 10 Kg./Cm2, laid 0.75 Mtr. below ground level including diging and refilling of earth including cost of sutiable size socket/cuppler for HDPE pipe including the cost of labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

24.4.8 Supply & Erection of Hot Dip Galvanized octagonal pole of 3 mm thickness, with base plate including cost of nut and bolts, earthing studs, Integral Cable termination arrangement 5 mm thick bakelite base plate on suitable welded MS/GI bracket 32A four way connector 2 No. 10 A Sp MCB, end cover and all accessories as supplied by the manufacturer including providing RCC foundation of M 25 grade (1 Cement:1Stone aggregate:2Coarse sand) i/c excavation, steel reinforcement (Fe 500) @ 80 Kg./Cum of concrete contents, concrete cover 50 mm, anchor bolts etc. over a bed of PCC 1:5:10 of required dimensions for octagonal poles of various heights as per follwoing specification complete in all respects and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge

24.4.8.5 7 Mtr Long pole with top dia 75 0mm and bottom dia 150 mm with base plate of size 300 x 300 x 20 mm

24.4.15 BSEN 10025 High Masts

24.4.15.2 Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of 20 Mtr. long High Mast manufactured from B.S.E.N. 10025 or equivalent grade material in, 2 (two) section hot dip, galvanized inside and outside in single dip, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 Part-3 suitable for 9/12 Nos. Luminaire loading fully motorized (power tool) with starter & cable complete along with standard accessories supplied by the manufacturer with 3 nos. steel wire rope double drum system and twin dome aviation light with LED without foundation but including cost of set of foundation nut and bolts, installation at site complete in all respect upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Thickness of Top Section = 3mm (Minimum) Bottom Section =4mm (Minimum) Top Dia = 150mm Bottom Dia = 460mm Thickness of Galvanization = Top = 65micron (Min.) Bottom = 85micron (Min.)

24.9 RCC Foundations for High Mast Octagonal Poles

Providing RCC Foundation of M 25 grade (1 Cement:1 Stone aggregate:2 Coarse sand) i/c excavation, steel reinforcement (Fe 500) @ 75 Kg/Cum of concerete contents, concrete cover 50 mm, anchor bolts etc. over a bed of PCC 1:5:10 of required dimensions for octagonal poles of various heights as per following specification complete in all respect and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

24.9.3 20 Mtr. High Mast pole

N.S - 1 Supply & erection of double door (Indo Asian / Havells / standard make) sheet steel enclosure distribution board (Suitable for MCCB as incomer and MCB for out going circuit but with out cost of MCCB / MCB etc. The distribution board duly recessed in wall / surface mounting necessary connections with all labour & material required to complete the job in all respect up to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the work.

N.S - 2 Supply and Erection of LED street light lumanaries of Havells make Endura CITYLINER NEOSL 70W LED or its equivalent model and specifications of Crompton/C&S Electric/Phillips/Surya make with die cast housing, toughened glass IP66 with all acessories as supplied by the manufacturer with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the Entire Satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

N.S - 3 Supply and Erection of LED flood light Luminaire 250W of Makes: Havells make JETAVALOUR FL 240 W LED 757 MODWBLTG or its equivalent model of Crompton/C&S Electric/Phillips/Surya make with lense with high power LED flood light in aluminium PDC housing, toughened glass cover with IP 66 protection and accessories required to complete the job in all repect including erection an making connection with other petty material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work

N.S - 4 Supply & Erection of single arm bracket made of 40mm dia G l pipe B class lSl 1.25mtr. Long with coller pipe (Gl) 75mm dia 60 cm Long top covered with ornamental cap duly welded painted 2 coats of aluminum paints on bracket and golden paint of ornamental cap including the cost of labour and petty material etc. complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in charge of the work.

N.S - 5 Supply and erection of 32/63 Amp. 3 Phase automatic time switch of L&T / Havells make alongwith contactor of required capacity of L&T make movement controlled by precisaty quartz osciliation operation on main supply of continue to run on built in rechargeable nickel cadium cell for 150 hours in the event of power failure including cost of contractor complete in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the work.

N.S - 6 Supply and Erection of 0.3 KVA capacity inverter with SMF battery fo aviation light in existing including the cost of labour charges and connections and petty material etc. for complete in all respect. Make of invertr - Luminous / Microtek / Sukan / Make of Battery Exide / Amaron

N.S - 7 S/E of underground cable loose in existing pipe or trenches complete in all respect upto the entire satisfation of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.
