Outsourcing of services to operate for central Type AC Plant any make and model consisting of scroll type compressor, water pumps, chiller unit, AHU, Cooling tower, electrical panel/starter and DG Set for each AC plant from from 0900 to 1700 hrs excluding saturday/sundays and holidays by employing one skilled operator(Ref mech) per shift incl maintenance of log sheet and daily cleaning the plant room,machine, electrical/control panel etc, replacement of gland pakcing to pump sets and area cleaning all around the plant room complete all as specified and directed at Technical area. (a) 1x72TR AC Plant at TIRC

All as per item No 1 above but (i) 3x39TR AC Plant at NC I (ii) 3x52TR AC Plant at NC II. (iii) 3x26TR AC Plant at NC III AC plants all as specifed and directed.

All as per item No 1 above but (i) 3x40TR AC Plant at P11 Centre of Excellance all as specifed and directed. NOTE for Item No. 1, 2 and 3:(i) The rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to minimum wages as per Min of Labour & Employment in Cat "A Area" in construction or Maintenance employment included all statuary as applicable such as all taxes as applicable including GST, EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Labour welfare cess and anticipiated effect due to increase in wages during the contract period etc.

(ii) In case the rates quoted by tenderrer are less than the rate mentioned as per latest wages act issued by GOI, his tender will be treated as non- bonafied and will not be considered for Acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined amongest valid/bonafide bids only

Note : (a) Routine check/attending day to maintenance of AC Plant equipments/pumpsets/DG sets (b) The quoted rate is deemed to include for all surrounding premises cleaning such as inside & out side the installationss including cutting of grass shurbs etc upto 5mtr distance from installation building and always keep ready position. (c) The cleaning/cutting aids shall be provided by the contractor for the installations whenever is required. (d) Maintenance of AC plant Installation log sheets and shutdown register.(e)The rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed accident insurance of the working persons during working hours. (f) The contractor should procure all the safety equipments what ever is required for smooth operation and maintanance works for operator. The equipments includes meters, Hand gloves,Torch light, Safety belts, Helmets,ear pads, Earth discharge rods, cotton waste for cleaning etc. and to be kept with sub station.

(g) The contractor should maintain proper daily log sheets for each installation duly printed and binded as per given format for operation of electric supply and binded monthly basis and submitted to JE/AGE E/M all as directed.(h) The contractor should kept all the measuring instruments what ever is required for testing and maintenance works

(j)The equipments includes test lamps, Tong tester, Multi meter, Earth testers,Thermometer, RH meter,etc. and to be kept with AC plant. (k)Tenderer should observe the minimum wages Act of local State Govt/Central Govt. (l) It is the responsibility of Conrtactor to ensure that attendance register is maintained duly signed kept on record and payment of tradesman for the no of days present will only be made.In case the person not found on duty for a day or part there of due to any reason what so ever , Rs 1000/- for each shift will be recovered. (m) Rate inclusive for cleaning of cooling tower before starting of plant daily (n) M&O staff will wear uniform of Black Pant and Light Grey Shirt provided by contractor during duty hours as approved by Engr in Charge.
