Disposing off the surplus excavated materials beyond initial lead by mechanical transport to the near by Local Municipal Authority approved dumping pits/ dumping area inside colony including all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, spreading, levelling etc. complete as per drawings, specifications & as directed by the Engineer in charge. Note: Voids @ 20% for soils and 50% for soft rock/ hard rock shall be deducted from fully loaded truck measurements to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case direct measurement is not possible.

Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) conforming to IS:4926 (Latest revision) in lieu of site batch mix RCC items, supplied by approved RMC manufacturers including transportation, pumping etc.complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC. Note:- The contractor shall obtain prior approval of RMC manufacturer from Engineer in Charge in writing. The rate shall apply for all levels and locations including all type of structure etc. This item shall be measured in addition to the original items of RCC and PCC of any grade mentioned elsewhere in Schedule of Quantities for sub structure and super structure as applicale.
Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters asrequired at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening,cutting, bending, placing in position at all floors, locations & levels and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: The cost of binding wire shall be borne by the contractor and binding wire shall not be measured for payment.)

Providing, erecting, fixing in position, striking / removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for form work including single / multiple staging at all floors, level & locations for all geometrical shapes in plain, curved surfaces of structural / R C C elements and including rails, bracings, props, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, all materials, labour etc. complete as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Area of form work in contact with concrete shall only be measured for payment & stop boards for construction joints etc. will not be measured for payment). Sand faced plastering work using cement sand mortar (1:4) or using ready mix cement mortar having cement : sand (1:4) and finished thickness as specified below at all floors, levels & locations, in single/ double coat (as specified) over concrete/ masonry surface including surfaces preparation in correct line, level, plane, plumb and including scaffolding, curing etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.
20 mm thick in two coats for brick/ concrete surfaces (external / internal) (back coat and finishing coat of 10 mm. thick each) with water proofing agent @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers specifications. (Using ready mix cement mortar having Cement : Sand (1:4)

Providing and fixing wall paneling at all levels and locations of approved make. a) Providing and fixing wall panelling at all levels and locations of approved makes for lower reaches consists of following items of work (i) Fixing Strut framework system of M/s Anutone or equivalent consists of GI Strut CC50 of thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, knurled web 40mm, depth 10mm and equal flanges 15mm fastened to the wall positioned vertically at 600 mm c/c (ii) Strut CC18, aluminium core cross channel, thickness 0.5mm, length 2400mm, web 15mm & 27mm, depth 18mm and flanges of 7mm with suitable edge & center brackets is then fixed perpendicular to the Strut CC50 with the help of fasteners at 400mm c/c (iii) Filling the strut framework with 50 mm thk. Approved quality synthetic polyfibre of density 10 Kg/Cum and fixing it over wall with suitable adhesive
(iv) Fixing approved quality Slats Surco Plus or equivalent pinewood E1 grade groove perforated fiberboard of density 700 -750 Kg/Cum, weight 9-11 Kg/Sqm and 5-test fire retardant grade of size 128 x2440x16mm or as approved with melamine laminated finish and tongue-groove edge for a using suitable fasteners. The rate shall include all tools, tackles, screws, nut bolts, wastages, scaffolding etc.complete complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and fixing wall panelling at all levels and locations of approved make for upper reaches consists of following items of work :- (i) Fixing Strut framework system consists of GI Strut of thickness 0.55mm, length 3600mm, knurled web 40mm, depth 50mm and equal flanges of 15mm fastened to the wall positioned horizontally at 600 mm c/c (ii) Fixing of wooden base 15/20 mm on the strut along the marking lines with metal fasteners at 300mm centres (iii) Fixing of Stretch Perimeter/Midseam PVC tracks on wooden base, by first applying Stick S7 adhesive on both surfaces for a true and continuous secure grip, and heavy-duty fasteners at 150mm centres on one/both sides of strut tracks (iv) Fixing of approved quality Strand2 primer or equivalent, square edge magnesite bonded pinewood fiber panels of size 600x1200x15mm having density 400kg/m3 and weight 5-6kg to Strut in between tracks by Longer edges of panels should be preferably perpendicular to length of Strut.
(v) Fixing of 10 mm thk. approved quality synthetic polyfibre of density 10 Kg/Cum over the fibre panels using suitable adhesive. (vi) Fixing of FR grade Stretch NRC acoustical fabric with high performance Polypropylene core and acoustically transparent face covering of approved quality and colour and width 1.7m. The fabric is stretched and tucked into the Strut Tracks and secured to the locking jaws with purpose-specific tucking tools to obtain smooth, taut,wrinkle-free finish. Min. 5 mm air gap has to be maintained in between synthetic polyfibre and NRC fabric. (vii) The system of wall panelling should achieve desired NRC values as per entire satisfaction of EIC.(seamless look backlined with Soundtex black acoustical fleece of 0.27mm thick and surface density 63g/m2 over strut framework system perpendicular to Strut with suitable edge & centre brackets. Expansion joints of 3mm to be provided at suitable spacing along the length & width and between the panels of dark and light colour)
viii) Providing and fixing gold colour aluminum separator butween fabric fold all asdirected by Engineer-in-charge. Notes for false ceiling a) scaffolding required for false ceiling shall be provided by contractor at his own cost b) Contractor has to co-operate and co-ordinate with the other agencies working in the area c) In case of any damages to the existing surfaces shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost d) The rates quoted shall include all frame works around electrical fixture, A/c ducts, grills / diffusers etc. and no extra payment will be made for the same. No deduction shall be made for opening in false ceiling e)Ladder / tripod legs shall be tied with gunny bags or suitable cushioning covers to avoid scratches on finished floors /dado/walls f)White washed / distempered painted walls shall be protected by means of covering plastic etc. to avoid spoiling of the same
g) Ceramic/marble floor/dado shall be protected suitably to avoid splashing of bitumen etc. h) All splashing of bitumen, remains of thermal insulation materials etc. shall be cleaned properly i) Damages to the original finishes of the building shall be rectified / re done by the contractor to match the original finish at his own cost j) Quoted rates shall include cost of false ceiling along with vertical masking, steps in ceiling of any geometrical shape, etc. complete. k) Additional MS frame work required for suspending the main / cross runner required if any shall be done by the contractor. However the structural steel work shall be measured and paid under relevant item.
Providing and fixing in position suspended false ceiling system using 18mm thick, 2000 GSM, 595mm x 595mm size poly HD panels made out of fine, long, 100% polyester fibre of suitable deniers, thermally bonded with presence of low melt fibre ("NO CHEMICAL TO BE USED AT ANY STAGE OF THE PROCESS TO BIND THE FIBRE"), 100% fire retardant, approved design, color with polyester cloth fixed on one side and placed in a suspended grid of size 600 x 600mm made of hot-dipped G.I. sections having an exposed surface capping of pre-finished baked polyester painted coil wherein the main tee of size 24mm x 38mm x 0.33mm x 1200mm shall be inserted in to slots between the main tees at 600mm cetre and there after in direction vertical to the longer tees, cross tees of size 24 x 28 x 0.33mm x 600mm shall be inserted to form a grid of size of 600mm x 600mm resting on the periphery walls on wall angles of size 20mm x 20mm x 0.40mm x 3000mm. The rate shall include providing necessary opening for light fixtures, diffusers, trap doors etc. to be made as per layout drawings.
The work shall be carried out as per directions of engineer-in-charge. The main tees to be suspended from the ceiling / soffit with the help of metal dash fasteners of 6mm x 50mm, soffit clips of 25mm x 35mm x 1.6mm and 4mm dia. G.I wire with galvanised spring steel levelling clips etc. The entire grid system shall be designed to bear a distributed load of minimum 15 Kg/Sqm.
Providing & laying at all levels & loaction the homogeneous PVC flooring using PVC tile of thickness 3mm ( minium) ( as specified and directed) in flooring / dado/ skirting of approved colour, shade, pattern, makem manufacturer on a smooth and damp proof base using approved quality and make rubber based adhesive as per manufacturer's specifications and including levelling undulations using POP, rolloing with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing 120 min. fire rated anti-bacterial acoustic double leaf timber door frame and shutter manufactured by M/s Tufwud or equivalent manufacturer for door opeing size of approx. 2000 x 2100 mm, duly tested for Integrity, Insulation and Stability Criteria as per the IS: 3614 and BS: 476 part 22 and tested with NCBN technology ("Non Combustible by Nature") duly tested for sound insulation and test report to be submitted as per ISO 10140-2 / ASTM E 90. It consists of following items of work:- (1) Providing and fixing double/triple rebated first class teakwood door frame of section 150 x 150 mm, chemically treated as per IS 401 and kiln seasoned to moisture below 15% as per IS 1141, spray quoted with 2 coats of Intumescent paint of minimum 200 micron, with 1 row of Brush- Type Astroflame® intumescent strip (imported) of size 10mmx4mm concealed in the groove of the Frame for fire and smoke sealing, etc. complete as per direction of EIC
(2) Solid wooden doors (FSTC-45 Acoustical Doors) for Grand Ball Room better noise isolation. The door should achieve (FSTC-45) Filled Sound Transmission Class of 45dB reduction at site. (3) Floor undulation to be levelled with the help of spirit level before installing the Acoustical doors, gaps to be minimized to 3mm or less between floor and bottom of the door (4) Hinges and other accessories to be recessed to the door frame and door shutter to minimize the gaps to 3mm or less between of the door. (5) Special care to be taken while installing the Acoustic doors. Drop down seal and perimeter seal to be installed for all Acoustic doors. Seals should be from M/s. Doors and Seals or Lorient or Equivalent approved. (6) Drop down seal should be SCHALL-EX L15/30 EK from M/s. Doors and Seals or Equivalent approved. (7) Perimeter seal: PS1212P from M/s. Doors and Seals or Equivalent approved
(8) Double rebate to be considered and Perimeter seals to be incorporated as shown in the drawing. (9) Two perimeter seals to be incorporated on door frame and two on door shutter as shown in drawing. (10) Providing & fixing 75mm thick asbestos free, fire, heat and smoke resistant composite Acoustic Door Shutter of M/s TufWud or equivalent complying with fire performance – FD 120 as per IS:3614 (part - II) comprising of 2x12mm Calcium Silicate boards over internal first class hardwood frame work,Chemically treated as per IS 401 and kiln seasoned to moisture below 15% as per IS 1141, of size 100x36 mm with 36mm thick infill of ceramic fiber of density 128 Kg/cum, vermaculite mix faced with 6mm Fire retardant High Density fibre ply, internally lipped with hardwood beading and pasted in Hydraulic Press under 25 MPa, spray quoted with 2 coats of in-tumescent paint of minimum 300 micron,
and with single row of Brush- Type intumescent strip of size 10mmx4mm affixed on periphery for fire and smoke sealing in the slit on all edges of shutter except bottom and placement of 3 mm thick rubber membrane, at the inside face, sandwitched between calcium silicate board & high density fire retardant ply, without any external lipping with triple rebatting in shutters, etc all complete as per direction of EIC. (11) Providing and fixing 3 mm thk. Teak wood veneer of approved colour and shade over the outside face of the shutter including applying 3 coats of Matt/ Glossy melamine spray finish over two coats of french polish including preparing the surface very smooth (12) Providing and fixing of approved wall paneling with Anutone Slats Surco Plus or equivalent over the inside face of the shutter which will be paid under relevant item Outer dimensions of the door including frame will be measured for payment.
TWO Hour Fire Resistant Door (Frame & Shutters) Pressed steel door frame (60 x 80) with 16 Guage GI Box shutter (openable - Single/double leaf ), without louvers and as per specifications to meet the required fire rating door ED2 & ED3 having size approx 1935mm x 2100mm/ 600mm x 2100mm finish of 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint of approved color over a coat of zinc chromate primer for frame & shutters with FR - Heavy duty SS Hinges, 4 per shutter, 150 long, SS Handles welded to shutter, one on each side of shutter, 250mm long SS Aldrop welded to shutter with 300mm Long MS Tower bolt from inside of first closing shutter (one at top & one at bottom) to be fixed in electrical room/shaft etc. all as per manufacturer's specification and providing Fire Resistant certification (manufacturing & installation) as required by local fire statutory authority shall be furnished by manufacturer of Door assembly (Frame, Shutter, fitting) and all cutting/ planning if necessary, labour for fixing the fittings and fixtures with suitable packing if necessary, all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing, Supply & Fixing of 60 minutes rated insulated Non-Metallic (Wooden) Fire Resistant Flush Door of approved make, tested in accordance to BS:476 Part 20 & 22, integrity, insulation, and stability criteria as per IS:3614 (Reaffirmed 2021) and heating condition as per IS:3809 – 1979(Reaffirmed 2002)). The construction comprises of: Frame: Specially designed premium engineered wood frame, finishing with 1mm thick SF finish laminate and having frame section of 150mm X 60mm with 2 nos. of 10mm wide X 2mm thick intumescent strip to take care of Hot smoke. These intumescent strips are fixed on the frames with machine made grooves & with lipping patti. Door frames are to fixed as per the manufacturers specification Shutter : Non-metallic fire resistant wooden flush door, 47 to 50 mm thick, finishing with 1mm thick SF finish laminate, asbestos free, FULLY INSULATED composite fire resistant shutters of 60 minutes fire resistance rating conforming to BS:476 Part 22, integrity, insulation and stability criteria as per IS:3614 , as per prototype tested and certified by CBRI Roorkee,
suitable for mounting on door frames. The door leaf comprises of adequate thickness of resin impregnated Ceramic Fiber Insulator, layered on both sides, sandwiching the Fire Resistant Core enclosed in stile and rail, with 2.5mm cross band veneer and 0.5mm face veneer on both faces; hot pressed under temperature of 140/150oC (Degree Celsius) with the pressure of 14-16 kg/cm2, done with hard wood lipping 10mm thick on all sides and fire and heat activated intumescent seal of size 20mm x 4mm mounted in the grooves in the shutter on all sides or in the door frame or in both.Installation: Post installation hollow space within door frame shall be filled with fire rated self-extinguishing type polyurethane foam. Rate shall include for supply and installation of complete door assembly, by the manufacturer. (All mechanical and functional hardware like hinges, lever handles, door closers with 60 minutes fire rating are to be used on doors and must conform to relevant IS 3614 : 2021.

and all cutting/ planning if necessary, labour for fixing the fittings and fixtures with suitable packing if necessary, the enbtire door assembly (frame, shutter, fittings, etc.) shall be confirming to IS:3614, all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer in charge.

PART III- ROAD AND DEVELOPMENT WORK
Proof rolling with 8/10 tonne power roller over Sub-Grade of the road to achieve proper consolidation including watering etc complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Construction of granular sub - base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORTH specifications 401.
