Taking down existing unserviceable worn out XLPE under ground cable of any size and length at any position from, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable ACSR Conductor from pole including nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified and as directed. (From HT Pole)

Supply and erecting, in truly vertical position Steel tubular swaged pole with cast iron base plate finial tapper plug, bolts nuts and screws and specified type 410 SP-55 (11 mtr long) in truly vertical position 1.83 m length of pole above ground level shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in strips of 30 cm width, black and yellow alternatively and painting with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer on rest part of pole and its connected parts, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F Arial bunched cable, 1.10 KV, nominal cross sectional area 16.0 Sqmm, consisting 4 single core (three Phase and one neutral), sizes 4x16 Sqmm+ 16 Sqmm (Insulated messenger) constitute of three single core of screend cable twisted around an Al alloy messenger conducter enabling it to carry the full load of the cable with screend by an extuded semi conducting layer and a coppar tape with XLPE insulation over all sheathed with PVC/Polythelene incl anchor clamp,suspension clamp, inline connecter, service clamp, insulation peircing connecter, insulation peircing connecter for Tap from bare lines mounted on PCC pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing inverter backup and heat resistant complete with electronic driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete. Make:- Havells, Philips, Hellonix,Asco.

M&L GI bracket for mounting light fittings, any type complete with 1.50mtr long galvanised iron pipe 40mm dia medium grade, bent to required shape including mild steel clamps of flat iron 40x6mm, hook, stay, nut, bolt and washer including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers, all around top and bottom and electrode connection by using GI Wire 4 Sqmm (upto the body of equipment) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles. PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC pit cover in M20 (design mix) complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No.3 of MES Standard Schedule of Rates (Part-I) of 2009, complete all as specified and testing on completion i) The unit rate shall include for protection pipe, GI water pipe, wire mesh, funnel, excavation. RCC pit cover, test point, 32mm GI strip from top of earth plate upto 7.5 above ground level and if GI protection is less than 7.5 meter, no price adjustment shall be made. ii) If the testing result of earthing work is not been found satisfactorily then the contractor shall do other earthing work at his own cost and nothing shall be permissible on this account. iii) Earthing work will be carried out in presence of MES representative.

Construction of brick masonry platform 3x2.5x1.2 mtr with XPM fencing with weight not less than 4Kgs/Sqm and angle iron 50x50x6mm for support gate with locking arrangement. PCC floor type B-1 (1:2:4) 100mm thick including excavation and earth work, platform white washing, painting of fencing and frame work, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate inclusive of taking down transformer from foundation, fixing on suitable trolley making all connections and re-storing electrical supply and refixing the transformer after civil works all as directed.

Supply and fixing new stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No-01 using GI stay rod 20mm dia. Stay wire 7/4 mm stranded galvanised including mild steel stay plate 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, galvanised steel 14mm dia 400mm long stay bow and GI nuts, washers, loop type insulator vitreous porcelain white, brown or green of small size with overall dimensions 90mm x 140mm clearance of hole 20mm, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation, stay clamps and conrete work etc will be measured and paid separately

M&L Broken stone aggregate for loose filling in the area sarroundings of transformer, of gauge 20 mm to 40 mm graded, laying in layers thickness not exceeding 150mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Terminals : (i) Bare Bushing for both input & outpur (ii) Aux connection suitable for 1.1KV grade PVC cable. Central Consturctional Features : The unit shall have three distinct features as uner :- 1.Hand Control. 2. Motor contral 3. Automatic control. Hand Control : Hand Wheel will be located on the front of the regulator tank at convenient oprative height. Motor Control : Raise/Lower push button control by means of small single phase reversible geared motor of the permanent capacitor type shall be provided. The limit switches shall be provided to restrict the travel at extreme position. With this arragement it wound also be possible to privide remote control of the Regulating Unit. The reversible geared motor wound of STEP-SYN type. Automatic Control : For automatic correction of fluctuating supply voltage, provide Electronic relay which will sense the output voltage and provide signal to the driving motor for necessary corrections. Fittings & Accessories :- As per annexure attached.

Note : (a) Commissioning /first time energizating of the products in the presence of supplied by manufacture (OEM). The cost per man/day to & fro fare local converyance, lodging & boarding expenses will be charged by Contractor. (b) Both the tank shall be supplied with first filling of transformer oil conforming to IS-335 (latest addition) and other std fittings. (c) The pre-inspection of equipment at factory by the rep of accepting officer.The fare of to & fro, local conveyance, lodging & boarding expenses will be borne by Contractor. (Transformer Parts) Items (a) & (c) above shall be housed in a sheet steel tank fitted with radiators and mounted on unidirectional rollers and shall have the following fittings :- (a) Lifting lugs (b) Earthing terminals (c) Rataing plate (d) Filter value top & bottom (e) Oil fitting hole (f) Thermometer pocket (j) Dial type oil temprature indicator with alarm and contacts (k) Explosion vent (l) Bochhoz relay with alarm and trip contracts (m) Air release plug. Note : - Cost of civil work deemed to be included in the quoted rate and executed as per manufacturer specification and drawing.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 11KV 630 Amps 21KA for 3 Sec. SF6 insulated, One side extensible, outdoor duty 4 way Ring main unit with Bus metering Module fully motorized in combination of 4 nos. VCB module, consisting of copper busbar in SF6 insulated 304 (Non-Ferrite Non-Magnetic Grade) stainless steel enclosure of thickness 3.15 mm with manometer fixed, with series trip, self-powered microprocessor based numerical over current relay (IDMTL + Inst.) in each VCB feeder. Suitable CT for Protection to be provided with each VCB Feeder. The Breaker shall have mechanical ON /OFF indicator with hand trip device and spring charging, spring release coil, auxiliary switch of 2 NO +2NC. The HV switchgear and control gear should be confirming to IEC-62271-100, IEC-62271-200-2003 & IEC-60694-1996. The RMU should be internal arc tested for 21KA for 1Second with IAC-AFLR classification for gas tank & cable box and gas to be released from the rear top from operator. The complete RMU along cable chamber to put to an outdoor enclosure to have ingress protection of minimum IP55. The RMU design should support site replaceable HT cable bushing and VI of VCB should be RMU Manufacturer’s own make. Each feeder of should have voltage presence indicator. All the type test certificated as per IEC from Third party lab to be submitted.

RMU Should have followings :- - 1 No. microprocessor based Self powered numerical relay with over Current/ earth fault & short circuit protection with each VCB feeder. The relay should be of ABB / SIEMENS / SCHNEIDER/ASHIDA/C&S make only. - 3 Nos. Protection CT shall be of Burden 2.5VA, ratio 40-20/1A, Class of Accuracy class 5P10 for O/C and E/F protection for each VCB for each VCB module. - 3 Nos. Metering CT shall be of Burden 2.5VA, ratio 40-20/1A, Class of Accuracy class 0.5 for Metering purpose for each VCB Module. - 1 No. Manometer for each tank. - 1 No. Voltage passage indicator for each feeder. - 3 Nos. Single phase cast resin potential transformer ratio 11kV/110V, 50VA, accuracy class 0.5. - 1 No. Trivectormeter of Class 0.5 Accuracy (Make: Schnieder / L&T/Conzerv / Secure / ABB / Siemens) with each VCB. - 1 No. Auxiliary Transformer of 250 VA, 11KV/230V for local power supply for battery charging, lights etc. - 1 Set of Battery and Charger set (2X12V DC) for motorized operation. - Right angle boots for all the feeder Modules. S&F MS works as in fencing posts and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc incl all drilling bolting riveting etc and similar works conforming to FE 290 gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any typoe of standard rails includng securing or tying with ms steel wire staples ar steel pins etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Wt of the barbed wire at site of work will be ascertain by the BOO convened by GE.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh size and type including straining bolts etc and provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Wt of the barbed wire at site of work will be ascertain by the BOO convened by GE.
