Periodical examination, carrying out normal and routine maintenance including cleaning of all parts and carry out corrective maintenance for trouble free working, attending to complaints on call, repair and replacement of spares of Mono rail hoist 1.5 Ton capacity of any Make and type - 01 No at GM programme Hanger Bldg LRDE all as specified and as directed.

NOTES FOR SL ITEM NOS 1 to 3 : - (i) Spares required to maintain the cranes will be measured and paid as supply only items separately under relevant items of this schedule as and when required during currency of contract. (ii) Labour element required for these spares are deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (iii) The actual scope of work for periodical maintenance shall be as per particular specifications enclosed.

Conducting load and deflection tests to Hoist mono rail 1 ton Capacity of any make and model once in a contract period by Competent Authorities approved by Karnataka State Govt and submit the test certificate all as specified and as directed.

Conducting load and deflection test to EOT Crane 10 ton Capacity of any make and model once in a contract period by Competent Authorities approved by Karnataka State Govt and submit the test certificate all as specified and as directed. NOTES FOR SL ITEM Nos 04 to 08 :- Load Blocks for testing of cranes shall be arranged by the contractor including transportation to and from the site. Cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply only Steel wire rope multi stranded 6/19 Centre fiber core 6 mm dia.

Supply only, Three pole Power Contactor with Aux contact 1 NO+1 NC, 12 Amps, 3 phase, 415 volts, AC all as per L&T Cat Part No. MNX 12- CS94108 or equivalent model in other makes specified.

Supply only Limit switch for long traverse, Roller lever type, heavy duty all as per BCH Cat Part No. NLL1C or equivalent model in other makes specified.

Supply only Limit switch Push roller lever type for cross traverse all as per BCH Cat Part No. NLTPRC or equivalent model in other makes specified.

Supply only AC Solenoid brake, type S, for drum size 101.6 mm dia including drum all as per BCH Cat Part No. S- 42 and AC 50D4 or equivalent model in other makes specified.

Supply only Push button coloured Red, yellow and Green with indicating lamp for pendent suitable for contact block 1 NO + 1 NC all as per BCH Cat Part No.050N1 or equivalent model in other makes specified.

Supply only Over load relays range from 1.58 Amps to 2.5 Amps for power contactors all as per BCH Cat Part No. MC 305ANA3F or equivalent model in other makes specified.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of Hoist Monorail 01 Ton to 1.5 Ton capacity, end carriage double bridge gantry, motors, gear boxes, bottom block, plat form structure and girder cross, travel trolley etc by scrapping, cleaning, using wire brush, sand paper etc complete and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of Hoist Monorail 5 Ton capacity, end carriage double bridge gantry, motors, gear boxes, bottom block, plat form structure and girder cross, travel trolley etc by scrapping, cleaning, using wire brush, sand paper etc complete and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of EOT Crane 10 Ton capacity, end carriage double bridge gantry, motors, gear boxes, bottom block, plat form structure and girder cross, travel trolley etc by scrapping, cleaning, using wire brush, sand paper etc complete and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Rewinding of electric motor of crane, 3 phase, 415 Volts, AC, of any make of Motor 0.5 HP To 1 HP capacity, after opening up, removing the burn out winding / other parts and rewinding with super enameled copper wire of same gauge and number of turns and applying insulating varnish including overhauling / servicing , greasing and replacement of unserviceable bearings and miscellaneous parts and reassemble the parts, re-fixing to the position, testing for its satisfactory working , etc., complete all as specified and as directed

All as per Serial Item No.19 above but Motor 5 HP to 7.5 HP Capacity.

Dismantling of unserviceable hook block from EOT crane and supply, install, commissioning and testing of lifting hook block shank type plain hooks with hook latch as per IS 3815 and IS 5749, suitable for 2 to 3 Ton capacity. Make Power Mech Engg or Jay Sakthi Engg Works.
