Note : (i) The un-serviceable items shall be replaced under respective items of relevent schedule as below . (iv) One pole security light and cable fault , juntion box fault etc complete will be catered as one complaint. (v) Store and fittings required for compliant will be deposit in office by the contractor in advance. No direct store will be issued by contractor to the electrician for complaint. Store issued by contractor without knowledge of JE or Engr-in-Charge will not be paid to the contractor. (vi) If the complaint has not been atteneded within 24 hours, the penality of Rs 250/- per complaint per day will be recovered from contractor.

(a) Cleaning and greasing of mechanism, Operation, testing of trip and close electrical and manual mode, Spring charging testing electrical and manual mode, Cleaning of panel insulater CT &PT unit all as specified and directed. (a) Service will be carried out through Service Engineer of Manfacturer /Authorised Service Engineer only. (b) The cost of minor spare parts i.e nut and bolts, springs, grommets, clips, pin etc essentially required to make the breaker serviceable shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for locating the fault in VCB, repair/ replacement of defected items, drying moisture from VCB and common complete bus bar of system and restand the elect supply complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for locating the fault in Transformer of any capacity , pole mounted/ plinth mounted, laid indoor on ground , repair/ replacement of defected gasket, HT bush , LT bush, replacement of thimble of transformer 400 KVA to 500 KVA , maggering transformer for detecting fault and retapping complete and make the transformer serviceable complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) All tools and plant including magger , ladder and othe equipment will be arranged by the contractor with no extra cost paid to contractor. Replacement of CI impeller suitable for 5 to 7.5 HP submersible pump including provision of phasing, cutting of key way etc complete to match with the size of pump shaft complete in all respect as specified and directed

Replacement of Gun metal bush suitable for impeller 5 to 7.5 HP submersible pump including provision of phasing, cutting of key way etc complete to match with the size of pump shaft complete in all respect as specified and directed

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 3.15mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, filling in alternate layer and electrode connections by using copper strip 20 x 3mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of copper or brass and protected by light grade 15 mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board, and GI pipe light grade 20 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1: 2: 4 type C2 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr all as specified and as shown on Plate No 5 of SSR Part I (2009) all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for chemical earthing Providing tripod maintenance free earth pits using back fill compound of 75 Kg (Min) ,earth electrode of copper rod /copper bonded steel rod of 3 mtr length (min) & 17.2mm dia complete with test links for cable connection/disconnection,RCC chamber outer dia 400x400,inner dia 300x300 and depth 300mm with top cover including excavation,refilling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze or copper, size 75mmx75mmx25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Earth continuity conductor or main earthing conductor 20mmx3mm copper strip, fixed to wall on batten with saddles and fixing screws or PVC/ Porcelain insulators etc. or recessed or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required, including brazing on both sides (over lapping) at all joints complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Earth continuity conductor or main earthing conductor 25mmx4mm galvanised iron strip, fixed to wall on batten with saddles and fixing screws or PVC/ Porcelain insulators etc. or recessed or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required, including brazing on both sides (over lapping) at all joints complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead or lightning conductor, 25mmx3.15mm aluminium strip, fixed to wall on batten with saddles and fixing screws or PVC/ Porcelain insulators etc. or recessed or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing or roof conductors and down conductors etc. as required, including brazing on both sides (over lapping) at all joints except test point, fixed as in replacement of existing strip, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to valve on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawing in conduit or any other situation for loop earthing etc as reqd 4 mm dia galvanized steel wire all as specified and directed .

Material & labour, brazing/ soldering on both sides (over lapping) to the copper strip of size 20mmx3mm and 25mmx3mm as earthing lead, including dismantling the old from the existing position/ equipment without disturbing the functional requirements of the equipments, and reconnecting, after repair/brazing, complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of earth pit size of 300mm(L)x 300mm(W)x 200mm(H) incl required exacavation, earth work and PCC work to make good damaged/disturbed surfaces of earth pit chamber & making new pit cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover complete all as specified & directed

Replacement of wire mesh funnel GI type for fixing in 20/32mm dia GI light grade pipe complete all as specified & directed

Labour only, testing of earth resistance value using megger and record the reading in register, and retesting and record the reading after making arrangement as to achieve earth resistance with in permissible limit with help of saline water, salt, charcoal, magnesium suphate etc. Complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Salt, charcoal/coke, magenesium suplhate (MgSO4), shall be measured and paid for separately as material labour under relevant items. (ii) Testing shall be done every 3 month interval and value will be noted with user signature.

Material & labour, Supply of salt and mixing in water, and pouring into earth pit through watering pipe of chamber, in adequate quantity as to maintain earth resistance value within permissible limit, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of Charcoal/coke powder, mixing in water and pouring into earth pit through water pipe of chamber, in adequate quantity to maintain earth resistant value within permissible limit, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Supply of magnesium sulphate (MgSO4), mixing in water and pouring into earth pit through water pipe of chamber, in adequate quantity to maintain earth resistant value within permissible limit, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit for 40 mm dia exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc fixed on walls with suitable clamps on ceiling / roof trusses etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI tubing light grade laid in floors, on wall and fixing in steel trusses for earth strip protection of size 40 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long, including making connection to earthing conductor, fixed as in replacement of old termination rod, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, GI pipe 25mm bore light grade (ISI marked), cut piece of 1.0 metre - 1.5 metre length or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, fixed vertically with bottom end embeded in & including cast-insitu PCC (1:2:4) block of size 20cmx20cmx15cm including use and waste necessary fair finish form work, and other end (at top) fixed to air termination rod with necessary bolts, nuts etc as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 50 sqmm single core flexible copper conductor cable (ISI marked) from Eqpt upto earth pit i/c of any meter all accessories like PVC sleeves ,saddles/clamps/insulator etc complete as per specification and as required at site.

Supply,install ,testing and commissioing of lightning flash/strike counter in water and weather proof , digital display facility,current discharge capacity >1KA,,IP 65 Protection with enclosure for analyzing the frequency of lightning strikes and effectiveness of the lightning protection system in place and connected to down conductor with mounting arrangements with GI Mast tower or Building wall surface and suitable fixing arrangements with standard accessories etc complete as per specification and as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing, porcelain supporting insulator of as per existing size/adequate size fixing, on wall/roof for supporting the lightning arrester earthing strips, fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Inspection, checking, cleaning and testing of fire alarm system 10 Zone window type complete including fire alarm panel, manual call box, hooter,wiring etc. work portion of technical bldgs through trained/experianced technician of OEM complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (a) Fire Alarm control panel:- These shall be kept clean by checking for its controls, indicating equipment’s system and all operations/fault indicators including checking of panel circuits for its healthiness and including of healthy battery/UPS/battery charger system. (b) Detectors,Manual Call Point and Hooter: All items which are installed at technical bldgs shall be tested by actuating the particular detectors every Quaterly so as to ensure proper functioning of system. (c) Arrangement of testing equipment provided by the contractor deemed to be included in quoted rates. (d) The rates for making necessary arrangement of scaffaolding/ ladders is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (e) All the work mentioned in notes above are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (f) Spares/items (i.e manual call box,hooters,Detectors, wiring and battery) will be measured and paid separately under relevant items .(g) Any damage to fire alaram system during maintenance shall be repaired by the contractor at his own cost. (h) Testing/Quarterly inspection test report shall be done in every 3 months and report will be submitted to deptt duly signed by users rep.

M&L for replacement of multi-stranded copper conductor cable 2.5 Sq. mm nominal cross-sectional area, three core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade for wiring fixed on wall/ceiling/roof trusses with suitable dia steel/pvc conduit pipe complete with thimbles and ferrules as required complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and rectification of fault for Fire Alaram panel addressable type multi sensor and detectors with connected accessories rectification of any fault occured at fire alaram panels and detectors, wiring fault rectification with connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of detectors Complying with and type certified to EN - 45 Addressable type smoke detector Photoelectric /Optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS: 11360 with connected and fixing accessories complete including taking down unserviceable smoke detector with accessories all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing of detectors Complying with and type certified to EN - 45 Addressable type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination Photoelectric /Optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS: 11360 with connected and fixing accessories complete including taking down unserviceable multisensor detector with accessories all as specified and as directed. ditto but Addressable type multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination

Supply and Fixing of detectors Complying with and type certified to EN - 45 Addressable type heat detector with base with rate of rise cum fixed temperature as per lS:2175 Photoelectric /Optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS: 11360 with connected and fixing accessories complete including taking down unserviceable heat detector with accessories all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of sealed maintenance free batteries of 12 volts 7 AH capacity for fire alaram panels, capable of running min of 4 hours back up complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of flush mounted 16 gauge MS sheet Manual Call Box with micro switch with transparent hinged vandal resistant cover,red colour complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of wall mounted speaker(electronic hooter) in acoustically treated box with 4 watt speaker, Hi-Intensive sound (80 to 100 db), Colour Red complete all as specified and directed.
