Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 but excluding the charges of GST etc. complete & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoRTH specifications for Road & Bridge works

White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etc. as per technical specifications Clause 1915

(4th revision) but excluding the charges of GST etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge..

Fine dressing and turfing including transportation by mechanical means with all leads and lifts and placing of turfs in position and ramming with thapies including watering and cost of labour and all materials but excluding the charges of GST etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular Sub base by providing close grade granular sub-base grading-III material as per table-100-1. spreading in uniform layers with motor grader om prepared surface,mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MOSRT&H specifications for road and Bridges work.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301 and direction of the Engineer in Charge (excluding cost of excavation and transportation to site).

Providing , Laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates in Wet Mix Macadam as per specification including premixing material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MORTH specifications for road & bridge works (4th revision) but excluding the charges of GST including cost conveyance required as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means and including cost conveyance & royality of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work hire charges of machinaries etc complete but excluding the charges of GST as per Technical specification clause 502 of MORD for low porosity surface but excluding the charges of GST etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying Existing Bituminous Surface to a Depth of 150 mm by Mechanical Means and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MORTH specification for road & bridge works (4th revision) etc complete but excluding the charges of GST etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensore control to the required grade, level & alingment & roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H Speci

Providing & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen ,transporting the hot mix to work site ,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade,level & allignment and rolling with smooth wheeled ,vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) but excluding the charges of GST etc complete including cost conveyance etc required as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation of fondation in hard soil within the initial lead & lift including dressing & levelling the bed & depositiong the excavated earth away from the site etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing of typical MMSY Citizen sign board with logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Two MS plates of 2mm thick, top & middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The flat iron frame of both plate will be welded to 2nos 75mmx75mm of 12SWG sheet tubes posts duly embeded in C.C. M-15 grade blocks of 600mmx600mmx750mm, 750mm below ground level. The top most dimond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmx47mm of 12SWG steel tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering & printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quailty in required shade & colour. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. Repair of RCC railing to bring it to the original shape, cleaning and repainting as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1911 as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Dismetalling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonary, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding whereever necessary, sorting the dismentalled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviciable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202.1 & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall surface with waterproof cement paint of aproved shade 2 coats including watering, curing,cost of all materials & labour etc. & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 50 mm mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29. prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface,including providing antiskid surface with size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approxmate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both direction ,pressed into surface when the temperature of surface is not less than 1000C,protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface all complete as per clause 515

Providing Reinforced cement concrete M40 grade crash barrier at the bridge desk & approches to bridge structure with HYSD Reinforcement conforming MoRth specification and as per detail given IRC - 5 including dowel bar, Expansion Joint filled with pre- moulded asphalt filler board etc. and approved drawing and at location directed by the engineer all as specified.
