Dismantling completely the one Bus Coupler/Two incomer ACBs and the cradles after disconnecting the joints in proper shut down conditions. Dismantling the connections to discharge the Circuit Breakers completely withdrawing the Breakers from the chamber. Proper cleaning of the chambers.

Complete reconditioning of one Bus Coupler/Two incomer ACBs units including cleaning the complete breaker with CRC, Greasing of all moving parts, restoration of all defective connections. Servicing of operating mechanism and cracking mechanism overhauling of Breaker pull out system checking and tightening of all contacts, overhauling of moving and fixed assembly etc. complete as per requirement.

Providing and fixing following rating and Breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. 400 A, 35 KA, TP MCCB 2.2.9 DSR-2019

Dismantling the soft starters and the drive from main LT Panel after disconnecting the joints in proper shut down conditions. Dismantling the control connections to discharge the starters completely. Proper cleaning of the Panel chamber after removing of the starters from the chambers.

Supply and replacement of non-working Soft starter (250 KW) along with providing all material required for the fixing of starter including carrying our complete modification work such as modification of existing bus bar with addition of links, making of required control wiring connections as per site requirement. This job includes required modification work and providing of material and other consumables for making joints as per site requirement. Make - Schneider/L&T/ DJB Approved

Repairing of soft starter, complete reconditioning of soft starter including cleaning the complete starter with CRC, restoration of all defective connections/components.

Dismantling of the old Units thimble, CT, Lugs, Burn out equipment with other switchgears form the panel chambers after disconnecting the complete connections etc. as per site requirement.

Supply and Fixing of the Relays/Blocks/fuses/Push button/CT etc. and making their interconnections with the MCCBs through supply and fixing of suitable copper cables including thimbling etc. as per requirement.

Servicing of complete panel including checking, tightening of bus bars joints, cable connections, cleaning of all the chambers etc. as per requirement. Testing and commissioning of the complete panel as per requirement.

Supply and fixing of panel lock & Indicator lights

Testing and commissioning of the complete LT panel equipment for their required operation at ON load and OFF load condition for running of connected loads.
