Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as directed.

All as in item No. 01 herein before but exceeding 15 cm thichness above ground floor.

Demolition of brick or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement /cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, concrete surfaces etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement sheet corrugated /semi corrugated etc in roof covering including ridge in hanger complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wooden scantling over 40 sq cm in section and in any position all as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section un-framed work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling ceiling boarding of any description fixed in any position with nails including cover filllets/aluminium snap grid all as directed.

Excavation in post hole each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out in any soft /loose soil and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and the screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square exceedind 5cm but not exceedind 10 cm long of suitable dia of neck exceeding 5 mm and not exceeding 10 mm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix rolled mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section confirming to Fe 410-W with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down roof trusses, coupled rafters or trussed beams of clear span above 4 mtr and upto 8 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix coloured galvalume sheet with 0.5mm thickness (TCT), multirib TM profile, minimum 550 Mpa yield strength having maximum pitch of 250 mm c/c and minimum 28 mm crest depth as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including providing crimp at eaves level shape of crimp complete all as specified and directed.

All as in item No. 15 herein before but plain galvalume sheet in ridges.

Supply and fix GI frame work of grid size 605 mm x 605 mm for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flangeas of 20 and 30 mm and web 27 mmm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screw at 450 mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx. 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurnled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips acros the internediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix 4 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/inserted to timber/GI/aluminium frame work with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat with shutters without taking off shutter from the frame area not exceeding 1.5 sqm each all as specified and as directed..

All as per item No. 19 herein before but exc. 1.5 sq.mm but not exc. 4 sq.mm.

Material & labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of area exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm each tile and of thickness 7mm to 8mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 screed bed in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450mm x 300mm x 6 to7mm or 350mm x 250mm x 6 to 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cemet to match the shade of tileincluding 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles of area exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm each tile and of thickness 7mm to 8mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 screed bed in floors complete all as specified and directed.

All as in item No. 26 herein before but in vertical surfaces including backing coatin CM 1:4.

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, with grey cement and pigments over and including 15 mm thick screed bed CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (Pedastal pattern), white including necessary connection to outgoing drain and flushing pipe, anti syphonic pipe with seat and cover, mild steel chromium plated hinging device complete but excluding flushing cistern including making good damaged/ disturbed surfaces complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs health faucet PTMT 15 mm bore with 1.00 metre long PVC tube and hook ,fixed complete all as specified. Make : Prayag , Cat pat No BEA-84 or equivalent in specified makes.

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous china squatting pan Orissa pattern size 580x440mm white with P or S trap front or back inlet and integral foot rests including connection to trap to flush pipe etc complete including for making good to floor with lean concrete 1:5:10 using 40 mm brick aggregates bedding etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & fix in repairs PVC low level flushing cistern of syphonic action type 10 litres capacity fixed to wall with brackets and screwed including PVC flush pipe complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC connections "15 mm size of length 450 mm" with PTMT nuts all as specified and all as directed.

Taking up or down old steel water tubing including connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store of 15mm bore all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for GI water tubes 15mm bore medium grade including all fittings (ISI marked) and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix stop cock suitable for 15mm bore pipe cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for unions and fixed and taking down old one all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs chromium plated concealed stop cock of bore size 15 mm, in position concealed in walls/ceilings or floors complete duly making grooves filled with cement mortar in 1:4 finished to match with adjacent surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix bib tap of 15 mm bore, fancy type, cast copper alloy, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule of approved make and all as directed.

Supply & fix 15 mm bore fancy type pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with or without lettered Hot or Cold with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs chromium plated shower rose, 125 mm dia with or without swivel joints including fixing to steel pipe or union of 15 mm dia all as directed.

Supply and fix Towel Ring of PTMT fixed with and including Chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats (Minimum weight 90gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix vitreous china wash hand basin, white, flat back of size 550 x400mm excluding taps, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including CI brackets and CP waste fittings and PVC waste pipe of 32mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix waste fittings, 32 mm dia brass, chromium plated for urinal with fly-nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix PVC (SWR) gully trap 125/110 mm out let with grating including jointing with solvent cement as directed.

Supply and fix sheet glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.50 mm thick sheet glass shelf 12cm wide with chromium plated bracket guard and railing 60 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix factory made solid panel PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet & edges will be printed to match with printed sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 30 mm thick second class hard wood factory made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to recive glass gauze, etc divided in to squares with plain, chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads or securing glass etc: sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section B, clause 8.24 and directed

Material and labour for 15mm thick bedding layer in CM (1:4) on concrete surfaces (when concrete is green) mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only approved integral water proofing compound.

Cutting holes in brick /stone walls built in cement mortar for inserting /removing holdfasts and making good dismantled portion with cement morter 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, walls exceeding one brick but not exceeding two bricks thick complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping on top of walls and the like including necessary form work and weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and finishing the exposed surfaces even and fair complete all as specified.

Material and labour for anti termite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Anti termite TreatmentAlong the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk whitening as preparatory to distempering on surface of walls all as specified.

Material and labour for 2 coats of synthetic enamel painting to wood and wood based material, over a coat of pink primer including preparation of surfaces exc. 10cm width or girth all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for old decorative surfaces of walls applying one coats of white wash including cornices and preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed complete

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan of any size /sweep after disconnecting the wire from existing ceiling rose and refixing the same after cleaning dust, oiling , greasing including providing flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan all as directed.

Refixing of old serviceable LED tube light fittings 1 x 20 W on PVC blocks as taken down in item No. above including providing flexible copper cable from celing rose to connector of FTL all as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with two single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded bright annealed copper conductor cable, 1.5 Sqmm 1100 Volts, FR grade drawn through and including heavy duty rigid PVC concealed conduit of 20 mm with all acessories on & including PVC board with earth dolly arrangement with surface plate for mounting switches, sockets, regulators , with mild steel sunken box 50 mm deep , 1.60 mm thick, having modular cover plate with frame and one run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor cable FR grade as earth wire and connected to common earth dully complete for the following :-

(a) one ligh or fan or bell point controlled by one switch.

(c) One 3 pin socket out let 5 Amps on same board.

(c) One 3 pin socket out let 5 Amps on independent board.

All as in item No. 94.10 herein before but with two runs of 2.5 Sq.mm cable and one run 2.5 Sq.mm cable as earth wire for 3 pin socket outlet/ power point 15 Amps controlled by one switch on independent board.

Material and labour for sub main wiring (concealed) complete with two single core 4 sq mm FR PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including 25 mm dia rigid non-metallic PVC conduit and fittings including 2.5 sq mm FR PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper earth cable connected to common earth dolly complete and including cutting, chasing by using machine and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed Note: 2 runs of conductor cable, 1 run of earth conductor and 1 run of PVC conduit all together shall be measured as one unit.

Supply & fix modular switch one way, 6 amps, 240 volts all as specified and as directed. Make : Anchor(ROMA), Legrand,CRABTREE.

Supply and fix modular step fan regulator electronic solid state with various steps variable speed suitable for ceiling fan of size 900 to 1500 mm sweep working on 230 V AC supply with all necesarry connections all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of old serviceable MCBs 6-32 Amps SP/SPN including connecting them with new/old submain complete all as directed.

Refixing of old serviceable DBs of any size and capacity including connecting them with new/old submain and making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure for 8 way MCB SPN distribution board, 240 volts single door with common bus bar, neutral link, earth terminal etc with IP-43 IK-09 protection complete all as specified and directed.

All as in item No. 109 herein before but 12 way MCB SPN DB

Supply and fix in repairs MCB SPN 6-32 Amp AC 240V 50 Hz, C series complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old single phase electronic energy meter including disconnecting electrical connections and metal or board at site complete all as directed.

Supply and fix energy meter single phase of accuracy class 1.0, 240V, 50Hz with LCD display 10-30 Amp capacity with box model EM 101 with special features like TOD, temper logging, optical communication port display in absence of power with transparent hinge type box complete all as specified. Make :- L&T, ESP Cat No. WM101BC5DDHBOX or equivalent in Havells or HPL or Secure Meters.

Refixing of old serviceable AC single phase static energy meters inside transparent hinge type box as obtained from item No. 115 above including providing necessary connections complete all as directed.

Material and labour for replacing Earthing complete with galavanized steel earth electrode, 600 x 600 x 6.00 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to GI wire of 4 mm dia through GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel with adequate quantity of charcoal and salt, proper watering arrangements including 20 mm dia medium grade GI tubing all as shown in electrical plate No-5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated inclding testing on completion including PCC pit type C-1 (1:3:6) in cement concrete & 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS round bar @ 75 c/c both ways with 02 Nos lifting handles of 12 mm dia MS plain bar, GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade with funnels & wire mesh for watering and 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for earth lead protection etc including necessary earth work and excavation complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quantity of GI earth lead & protection pipe upto 7.5mtrs long shall be deemed included in the rate quoted and beyond 7.5 m shall be measured separately.

Note : The amount against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 39 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving lum Sum for Acceptance.
