Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and not exc 50mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 3 (50mm to 20mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with granite trap or basalt stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced WBM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming /tack coat with bituminous primer at 5Kg per 10 sqm for receiving bituminous macadam using paving bitumen grade VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for premixed bituminous macadam, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with binder content (paving bitumen) of 4% by weight of total mix and 1.5% cement filler complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer over black top surface at 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 on blacktop surface using mechanical sprayer and providing premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen any penetration of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix and 2 % cement filler, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified ans directed. Note: The work shall be executed by using hot mix plant & mechanical paver. The rate quoted shall deemed to be included for cement filler.

Material and labour for repair to potholes exc 30mm depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping, with mechanical equipment, and making the surface free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc.by using pressure air, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8Kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), rolled with power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5mm thick, single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specifications including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for road side berms to required gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for approved moorum/red bajri in road berms, spread in road berms 100 mm spread thickness rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with light roller of capacity not less than 0.5 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
