Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils except hard rock requiring blasting including shoring and shuttering and bailing out of water wherever necessary,refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth and depositing the surplusr earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m,clearing and levelling the site etc., complete as per standard specification SS20B(TNBP No.17,23,24).

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated, including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, Finishing and curing etc., complete as per standard specificationsetc.(TNBP No.28).

Supplying and filling in foudation and basement with Well Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick including well rammed watered and consolidated including cost and conveyance of Gravel to work site from approved sources and including labour charges for all lead, Gravel lift, filling, laying, levelling, watering and compacting including all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications(TNBP No.24&25)- Basement

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 using machine crushed 20mm gauge ISS HBGS jelly excluding centering strutting and Reinforcement but including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, Finishing and curing etc., complete as per standard specificationsetc.( TNBP No:30) -a)Foundation and Basement

Brick Work in CM 1:5 mix using Second Class Bricks of Size 9 " x 4 3/8" x 2 ¾" including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, Finishing and curing etc., complete as per standard specifications – TNBP No:31- a)Foundation and Basement

Special Ceiling Plastering with CM 1:3 mix for 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying,finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specifications – TNBP No:30,56&57

Plastering with CM 1:5 mix for 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying,finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specifications – TNBP No:56&57

Daddoing with first quality colour glazed tiles of 300 mm x 200 mm x 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour set in Cement Mortar 1:2 and pointing with white cement neatly including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all labour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification.

Laying with first quality design Colour ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305x 6mm tk for flooring and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 -20mm thick and pointed with white cement including adding with suitable colouring pigments of match with the colour of tiles used and curing etc., complete.including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all labour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in Position of Indian Oriya pan type water closet with “P’’ or “S’’ trap to set in brick jelly concrete 1:4:8 Mix concrete 10 cm thick using 20mm brick jelly and top finished with CM-1:3 mix 20mm thick without any leakage including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and other incidental charges to site etc., complete. as per standard specification .

Weathering course with concrete of broken Brick jelly in pure slacked lime over roof slab the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope & thickness including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Finishing with top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23cm x 23cm x 23cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 - 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with same water proofing compound mixed with cement motar ,red oxide, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal from approved Quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing the concrete to site and other incidental charges etc., complete. as per standard specification.

Supplying and Erecting Pull and Push Type Rolling Shutter of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers,transportation charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and fixing of Mild Steel Grill work of approved quality including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and other incidental charges to site etc., complete. as per standard specification

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC Cu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / fan point (For electronic regulator)(SD.No.24)

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter lockingWall socket with 5A Flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point. Supply and fixing of 1200 mm (48') AC Ceiling Fan complete with stepped electronic 300 W Regulator with 1 m down rod on existing Clamp of approved quality including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification (SD 107)

Supply and run of 2 x 1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains (PWD standard data No.SD. 64).
