Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Providing Plain Cement Concrete, 1:2:4, type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on stone masonry wall surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work or on one side of lathing followed by 10mm thick setting coat in Cement Mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on roof slab/ floor etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Liquid Water Proofing Compound conforming to IS:2645-2003 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cleaning the top surface of roof with wire brush and washing with hydrochloric acid to remove dust, dirt, oil, grease, loose particles etc., applying evenly tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm and provide water proofing treatment with membrane type water proofing method using APP modified prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane mineral finish, 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester weighing not less than 100 gm/Sqm, having softening point not less than 140 degree Celsius, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sqm and torch application of membrane using gas burner with 150 mm overlap on side lap and end lap as per manufacturers instructions with top most layer of surface finished with two coats of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 Litre/Sqm per coat etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The work shall be executed through Manufacturer's authorised applicator as approved by GE. (ii) The quoted rate is deemed to include the cost of digital photograph and plaster plate as per PS.

Supply, fabricate and erection / fixing of Rolled mild steel compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc., complete conforming to Fe-410-W, Gde E-250, Quality A all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid building blocks or slabs type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed and setting in cement mortar 1:4 etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Second class Hard wood, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fitted including treating back of chowkats with tar or coal tar black paint etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron works new or old treating small articles such as hold fast etc with tar or coal tar black paint area tarred n.exc 0.1Sqm each.

Supply and Fix Pressed steel frames of size 125mm x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc and providing one shop coat of primer and tarring back side of frame complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Providing Plain Cement Concrete, 1:2:4, type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in filling inside the pressed steel door frames or chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix box type steel Windows with side hung double side shutters (i.e. Glass and wire mesh shutters) and steel Ventilators with top hung shutters including double rebated box type frame made out of 1.25mm thick CRCA steel sheet sections of size 80mm x 60mm for frames, box type shutters made out of 1.00mm thick CRCA steel sheet of size 40mm x 20mm, 12mm square guard bars/grill welded to steel frame including builders hardware such as hinges, handles, telescopic stays, locking arrangements etc., complete all specified and as shown in CE CZ TD Drawing No.TD/539, sheet No.1/3 dated 09.02.2004 subsequently amended on 27.04.2004 and Sheet No.2/3 & 3/3 dated 09.02.2004 and as directed. Note: (i) Measurement shall be the size of opening. Material and labour for providing 25mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling in sunken flooring portions and mass concrete etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild Steel work in bands, straps, supports of stays, sunshade brackets, hook and spintle hinges, clamps, hold fasts, guard bars, grills bolts wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers etc and similar conforming to FE-290, Gde E 165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab in single piece for full length of step as in treads of stair case and in flooring, laid over and including 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing to mirror finish etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab in single piece for full length of step fixed in vertical surfaces such as riser of steps and in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slab over and including a backing coat in Cement Mortar 1:4,10mm thick, rubbing, polishing to mirror finish etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rubbing, polishing to mirror finish on marble /granite/ Kota stone / stone work wherever to give high gloss finish etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Polishing done for Cudappah/ Kota/Granite stone slabs provided against items No.69 to 72 shall not be measured against this item.

Material and labour for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ 150 mm thickness of concrete slab.

Material and labour for applying evenly tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm for sunken floors including cleaning surfaces etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Non asbestos fibre cement building board 6mm thick laid/ inserted to aluminium frame work in false ceilings including aluminium anodised snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605mm with hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement factory made, distribution board (MCB DB), IP 43, SPN, 8 way, 240 Volts, horizontal type, double door, semi flush type made out of 1.2mm thick CRCA sheet metal, duly powder coated and conforming to IS 8623 fitted with suitable copper bus bar, neutral links, blanking plate etc., all as per Cat No.DHDPSHODPW08 of Havells or DX3 MCB DBs 5076 10 of Legrand or Optipro 811805 of IndoAsian or equivalent of other specified makes fixed on wall including connecting, testing and taking down the existing DB with MCB and MCBs etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- (i) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of making hole in walls/other surfaces, making good the disturbed surfaces including any framework/cement work/wood work/welding work etc. required for proper fixing of the exhaust fan and matching to the existing surface. (ii) Old unserviceable Exhaust fans should be handed over to MES stores.
