Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete. Brick work in cement morter with 1st class brick including racking out joints and curing complete as directed. (I) In Substructure upto plinth level including dewatering if necessary (c) In proportion 1:5.

1st class brick nogged wall in cement mortar including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super structure above plinth up to 1st floor level (protruding M.S rod/Tor steel of column to be embeded in cement mortar and will be measured and paid separately) (A) 112mm thick brick wall (a) In cement mortar in proportion 1:4. 15 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. A) On rough side b) In cement mortar 1:4

20 mm thick Cement plaster in two coats on single or half brick walls for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles,chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. A) On rough side (backing coat 15 mm and finishing coat 5mm thick) b) In cement mortar 1:4

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Finishing old/ new wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti-fungal exterior painting of Nerolac Paints Limited of required shade on old/ new wall surface to give an even shade after cleaning and clearing the surface etc. including scaffolding complete as directed at all levels (two coats).

Supplying fitting and fixinf heavy duty iron gate with RCC gate post as per departmental design and specification Gate size (1x4.5x1.8)m (Analysis rate = 75000.00/unit)

Supplying fitting and fixing side gate with RCC post (Analysis rate 25000.00/unit)

Providing M S Signboard (Analysis rate 20000.00/unit)

Cutting and clearing bushes consisting of plants and all sorts of bambooes including uprooting and removing as necessary and filling up the holes with earth,dressing,ramming etc. complete.

Construction of Sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits, with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 (including compensation of earth ). (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) a) from Private land

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement (M40) having thickness 80mm as per technical specification , complete including carriage. Including Edge block/ Edge restraints
