Repair to pot holes exc 30mm depth, not exe 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg / 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per ten Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size mixed with and again well rammed, rolled and compacted(including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings ) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces, exeeding 50mm but n. exe 100mm depth,area exe 400 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for WBM,75mm thick compacted thickness,in single layer with coarse aggregate of grading 3 (50 to 20mm ) size using limestone ,sand stone, Flint or Quartzite spread, levelled and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushesh for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing premixed bituminous macadam (compated thickness 75mm or less) using 4% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix laid with self propelled mechanical paver finisher rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete All as specified and directedby Engineer in charge.

M&L for 40mm thick consolidated thickness bituminous premix semi dence asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix as insemi dence asphaltic concrete rolled and compacted to required camber and gredient All as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushesh for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) @ 5.0 Kg/10 Sqm on bituminous surface and M&L for 30mm th (consolidated thickness bituminous premix semi dence asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, laid with self propelled mechanical paver finisher, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on road / pavement and like using thermoplastic road marking (White/Yellow) paint with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement up to 160 Centigrade complete All as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Shivalic, Kothari, Jyanti, Swastic.

Demolition of concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for providing 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles laid dry or laid dry and pointed any description or thickness in floor, skirting etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L machine pressed, precast concrete interlocking coloured paver block, any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per Ser item No 13 here-in-before but except paver blocks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for preparation new concrete surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint in panels and diffirent colours complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for preparation old concrete surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and priming with applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in panels and diffirent colours complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

S&F in replacement plastic speed breaker (ABS material) of size 730mm x 245mmx 70mm with two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material are welded with ABS plate through ultrasonic welding process and than fixed on to the speed breaker so that dust and water cannot touch reflectors inside and thus it maintains its reflectivity for a long time complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. Make: Dark Eye (Cat No. DA-1006) or equivalent of International Wire Product/ Surya Enterprises/Greenlite/TATA BP/Road Safety

S&F in repair cat eye of dimension 8.10cmX11.56cmX1.7cm, plastic body having two ways reflector with resistant lens including fixing arrengement as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make : International Wire Product / Surya Enterprises / Greenlite / TATA BP /Dark Eye

S&F in repair solar delinator with high quality of reflective solar panel of red/yellow colour housed in plastic body with LEDs, Solar cells, battery and light sensors, well protected in poly carbonate sheet, device pretected with powder coated wire mesh cage, equiped with solar sysytem, mounted over 50 mm dia steel tube post, powder coated length 1000mm, also having sheet foot to firm grip in the ground, the delinator to have additional reflective bands , equiped with solar system workable for 2-3 days (night) after full charge of 8-10 hours including excavation in any strata and embedding in PCC 1:3:6 type C1(using 20mm graded crushed stone agreegates) of size 30cmX30cmX20cm including aluminium alloy polycorbonated powder coated MS pipe of size 50 mm dia and 1000mm height complete all as specified and directed.
