Taking down exhaust fan of any size and any make after disconnecting the electrical connections for carrying out servicing/ repairs and refixing the same after carrying out servicing/ repairs including connecting up the electrical connections complete and testing all as specified and as directed. Note: Servicing, repairs, replacement of defective spare parts, cable connections, rewinding of motors and painting the fans wherever required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule.
