BUILD PHASE (SL. NO. - 1.02 TO SL. NO. -1.03)

Construction of Pump House cum Chloronome of Size (3.00 X 2.50) X 3.00M) work is 90% complete only 10% work Balance to be complete (Drawing & Unit estimate enclosed.)

Supply of all the materials labour T&P and cinstruction of a R.C.C. Over Head Tank of 175 KI. Capacity at 14m Staging with 1m wide R.C.C Staircase and 1m wide balcony, G.I. Pipe railing consisting of 3 rows of 20mm dia G.L. Pipe and angle iron post around balcony and at the dome periphery M.S. ladder from balcony to the top of tank & inside the tank. Supply and fixing of Cl manhole cover (60x60cm size) with locking arragements. Supply and fixing of lighting conductore confirming to electricity act including all fixtures accordingly. Carting and fixing of C.l. bell mouth puddle coller. duckfoot bend, C.I. D/F Sluice Valves, D.I. D/F Pipe for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow fixing by embedding them as and when required upto 10. Supply and fixing of water level indicator. Construction of 40mm thickness P.C.C. 1:2:4 appron floor over 80mm thick P.C.C. 1:4:8 as base concrete, laid in pannels with 150mm dia circuller drain around floor and escape chennel as directed by Engineer Incharge.Painting of colour washing of thick, ladder, inlet, outlet, washout and over flow pipe with approved quality of paint/snowcem. Testing of Over Head Tank for its water tightness to the entire satisfaction of Engineer Incharage. Rates as per EE & PA to CE (PPRD) vide letter No. 50/-/dl 03/03/2006 with information of 2:40 time for 2013- 14. Supply of all the materials, labour T&P etc, required and construct the mansonary type sluice valves & washout chamber as per type design. Supply of following size of pipe of D.J. D/F Pipe including carting upto site of works including all taxes & Other charges etc (Inlet Pipe-150mm, Outlet Pipe-150mm, Overflow Pipe- 150mm, Washout Pipe-100mm and Testing bearing capacity of soil) of geven in Tender Documents. 175/14m OHT 35%(upto staging level) complete only 65% to be complete.) Tender envite for 65% work only.
