Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes to level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Recovery of stones to the tune of 16624.74 Cum quantity (sixteen thousand six hundred twenty four decimal seventy four) cubic metres at the rate of 300/- (Rupees Three hundred) per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor's running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm (three hundred millimetre) below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with three wheel 80-100 (eighty - one hundred) KN static roller for subgrade construction as per MORD Technical Specification section 300. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drain and Parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of un-useful materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arises out during dewatering as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded materials, 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) consolidated thickness spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC with tractor mount appropriate rotavator attachement and compaction with three Wheel 80-100 (Eighty- one hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Specification section 400 for grading-I Material, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of size 63mm to 45mm ( sixty three millimeter to forty five millimeter) Grading-II [75mm ( seventy five millimeters) consolidated thickness] to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (Eighty- one hundred) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm ( eleven point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cum ( zero point twenty cubic metres) per ten square metres and binding material at the rate 0.06 cum ( zero point zero six cubic metre) to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 400 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kgs. (Zero point two Seven five kilograms) per Square metre on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 500, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge. Providing and laying 30mm (thirty milimetres) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP (Hot Mix Plant) producing an average output of 75 tonnes (Seventy five) tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade-Ten) @ 5.5% (Five point five) percent of weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification section 500 complete in all respect and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts, and other incidentals. Three MS plates of 1.6 mm ( one point six millimeter) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm (twenty five millimeters into five millimeters) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (Twenty five millimeter into twenty five milimetres into five millimeter). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos.
