Construction of E/w embankment including cutting,excavation, spreading , and pushing of earth work in required lines ,grades, side slope and cross sections by Dozer and compacting by Road roller as per MORD specification 301.5&302(ii) I/c

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete. (1) 350mm.

Construction of granular sub-base( G.S.B. Grade-1) by providing well graded material grade-1, spreading in uniform layers @1.28 times the specified compacted thickness with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 401.

W.B.M (Grade-2) (63mm to 45mm) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam (G-2) (63mm to 45mm) specification including spreading in uniform thickness loose qty. 0.91 Cum./10sqm. area for 7.50cm. compacted thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone dust @0.20 Cum per 10 Sqm to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405

W.B.M (Grade-3) (53mm to 22.4mm) Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam (G-3) specification including spreading in uniform thickness loose qty. 0.91 Cum./10sqm. area for 7.50cm. compacted thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone dust @0.18 Cum per 10 Sqm to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405

Providing and laying brick edging with first class bricks 8 cm wide, 12 cm deep laid on either side of the metalled surface as per direction of Engineer -in-charge including cost of all materials,labour, T & P etc.required for proper completion of the work ( as per SI No 765 of Schedule for Rates of UPPWD )

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bitumen surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of Open-graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 11.2 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen the required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base. including mixing in a suitable plant , laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to required level and grade as per Technical Specification Clause 508

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510
