Dismantling and removing of centrifugal coupled / monoblock electric pump set of any make and capacity 0.5HP to 1.0HP from its installed position by disconnecting suction and delivery lines, fixing dummy plate to both suction & delivery pipe, disconnecting electrical cables, earth strips and dismounting the pump and motor from base channel for overhauling / repair / rewinding of motor etc and reinstalling back in its original position, checking alignment and testing on completion for satisfactory performance complete all as directed. Note: Re-winding and spare parts required for repair shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Disconnecting the electric cable and water mains, lifting the submersible pump set of capacity 10 HP to 20 HP along with column pipe and submersible cable from shallow well having depth up to 20 mtrs for carrying out repairs / rewinding / replacement of defective submersible cable / replacement of rusted column pipe / flushing of bore well etc and re-installing and reconnecting the water mains and electric connections and testing for satisfactory performance complete all as directed. Note: Spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Overhauling of pump set of any make by opening the pump and motor, replacing the worn out/defective spare parts, making good of shaft and shaft sleeve, cleaning internally, lubricating the rotating parts, re-assembling the pump and motor duly replacings all the packing material, worn out bolts, nuts, washers etc and testing for satisfactory performance of capacity 0.5HP to 1.0HP complete all as specified and directed . Note: (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of necessary packing material, nuts, bolts & washers etc. (ii) Spare parts replaced shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply and replace Cast Iron sluice valve of size 300mm bore, having pressure rating PN 1.6, double flanged, non-rising stainless steel spindle with iron wheel conforming to IS:14846-2000 with jointing material ie new rubber gasket, nuts & bolts, washer etc of suitable size and taking down old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed. Note : Material will be accepted and allowed to incorporate in the work only after production of proper purchase voucher from authorised dealer and test certificate from the manufacture.
