SCH 'A' Pt - XIII (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS)

INTERNAL ELETRIFICATION WORKS NOTE:- For items of internal Electrifications notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-III (internal Electrification Works) shall also be applicable.

M&L point wiring for light point wiring complete with 1.5 Sq.mmm PVC insulation unsheathed muilt-starnded FRLSH copper conductor 1100 Volts grade draw through in and including 20 mm dia PVC conduit and conduit accessories, concealed in walls and terminated to and including provision of modular metal flush boxes (metal switch board of any type and size) with modular metal frame plate and white cover for housing switch, sockets, regulators etc, including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded FRLSH copper conducotor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed for the following points (Ser Item No 4.01 to 4.05) . NOTE;- The quoted rate is deemed to inclusive of cost of metal flush boxes, modular white cover plate.

S&F LED tube light fitting batten type, 20 W, 230v , efficacy 120 Lumens per watt, colour temprature 6500 K (Cool White), power factor greater than 0.90, polycarbonate body , CRI 80, IP rating IP 20,THDv within 5% and THDi (8-10%) and integrated electronic driver complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose all as specified and directed. Notes :- 1.The rate of three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size for connection is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. 2. Warranty for replacement of each LED Light fitting shall not be less than 05 years from the date of purchase. 3. Date of Purchase shall be marked on each fixture with permanent marker for redeeming warrenty benifits.

S&F Sheet metal enclosure for pre wired distribution board double door, vertical type powder coated triple pole & Neutral (VTPN) 4 way with out MCCB, three phase 415 volt with 200 Amps rated tinned electrolytic copper bus bar with neutral link complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing GI water mains for branch connections for insertion and including new tee 80/50mm bore for branch connections in position, including jointing, earth work excavation in any type soil complete all as specified & Directed.

M&L for construction of brick Masonry valve pit chamber 750mm x 750mm x 750mm (internal size), 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 lean concrete foundation using 40 mm graded stone aggregate providing well burnt brick masonary wall of 23mm thick build in CM 1:6 rendering 15mm thick in cement 1:6 finished even smooth using extra cement internally and 20mm thick in CM 1:4 and finished fair and even. Supply and fix 3.5mm thick MS sheet steel cover fixed on 50 x50x6 mm thick angle iron frame embedded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and 1 Nos 50mm size 4 levers lock with key in duplicate Standard size and MS coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of primer (Red oxide) to all exposed surface including all excavation and earthwork and removing surplus soil upto a distance n exc 50m andmaking good all disturbed surface to match surrounding complete all as specified & directed.

EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY WORKS NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-V (EXTERNAL ELETRIC SUPPLY) shall also be applicable.

S & Fixing LT power distribution panel board with CRCA sheet and CPRI approved, outdoor cubicle type,IP-56,415 Volts, 50 Hz, free floor mounted front and back openable,outdoor type conforming to IS:61439 part I & II factory fabricated made out of outer cover with 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet & inner cover with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet of suitable size to accommodate all accessories/ fittings, compartmentalized in construction to accommodate the incoming MCCB and TPN Bus bars and outgoing MCCB's feeders,TPN Bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator at an interval of not more than 500 mm throughout the length of the TPN bus bar.The incoming as well as outgoing MCCB's shall have extension link of current carring cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders.the extension link shall be supported on DMC/Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables.The cubical shall have a bottom and four legs(400mm long) of size 50x50x6 mm, the panel shall be painted withpowder coated finish with RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY STRUCTURE after seven tanl phosphating treatement, vermin proof, dust proof, s fixing arrangement i.e nuts, bolts, washers, clamps etc, fixing 2 danger plate in hindi & english letters and conventional skull & bones in single red colour, with double door shutter and shall have louvers and aitvent gasket fot natural air flow.sufficient working space inside including installing, testing and commissioning. (Refer item No 6.02 below) :-

Supply and fixing PVC moulded case cable juction box outdoor type of size 205x255x112 mm with hinged front open door including locking arrangement and with one number MCB SP 6 Amp with necessary clamps made out of 25mm flat GI strip, nut, bolt etc and providing 3 core copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm from PVC junction box to street light fitting in with proper clamping & Protection pipe for cable from Juction box to Street light fittings of size 20mm PVC with clamp,nut bolt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 40 mm bore (for 1x35 watt LED fittings) light grade GI bracket 1.20 mtr long bent to shape by cutting welding and well finishing including MS clamp of flat iron of size 25x5mm suitable length 2 nos complete for steel tubular poles with nuts bolts and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on MS clamp complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and lay un-reinforcement precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat of size 250 X 150 X 40mm for LT cable and laid dry in trenches over underground cables complete all as specified and directed

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS NOTE:- For items of SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS notes given at the beginning of SCHEDULE 'A' PART -VIII (SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS) shall also be applicable.

M & L conventional type Septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water including excavation in any type of soil, manhole opening with cover connection etc. complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter for 150 users complete all as specified. (Ref Drg No. CEBZ/TD/77/2011) NOTE: Wherever RCC is to be provided as per drawing the same shall be M-30 design mix.

M&L Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 2.4 M dia X 6.0 M effective depth complete all as specified & as directed. (Ref Drg No. CEBZ/TD/78/2011)

DEMOLITION NOTE:- For items of DEMOLITION WORKS notes given at the beginning of SCHEDULE 'A' PART -X (DEMOLITION WORKS) shall also be applicable.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down the unserviceable tube light fittings, security light fittings and bulb etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) complete all as specified and directed

Taking down the unserviceable UG cabels, submain wiring etc removing materials to be stores for keeping in safe custody or for taking out credit complete all as specified and directed

Taking down the unserviceable Sheet metal enclosures DB's SPN/TPN etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe coustody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) complete all as specified and directed

Taking down the unserviceable GI Pipe of various sizes etc removing materials to be stores for keeping in safe custody or for taking out credit complete all as specified and directed
