Taking down carefully unsv copper/aluminium point wiring (light/fan/Bell/socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling rose, lamp holders, brackets, pendent, regulators, sockets, Bracket /sketch fitting etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls , floors etc.

Point wiring using FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed /multi stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm including 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor earth wire drawn through and including concealed PVC conduit (heavy grade) of not less than 20 mm dia and 1.8 mm thick including all fitting viz tees, bend, junction box and connected to common earth dolly, with and including 1.6 mm thick cadmium plated sunk MS pressed steel terminal boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover fixed with brass screws or approved make sunken modular metal flush gang box and suitable sopport frame and cover plate (inner/outer) of required modules complete including cutting grooves for concealed wiring, making good to disturb surface of wall/floor with cement mortar and finishes to match existing including connection (conduit shall be fixed on surface of ceiling with necessary saddles where concealing of conduit is not feasible), for light/fan/bell point etc complete all as specified and directed. Connections of cable with MCBs or bus bar shall be done through proper size copper/brass thimbles for the following:- (a) one light/fan/bell point controlled by one way switch.

One 5 pin 5 Amp socket outlet point on independent board controlled by one switch 5 Amp one way.

One 5 Pin 5 Amp socket outlet points controlled by one switch 5 Amps one way on same board.

All as per Srl item No. 02 above but one 15Amp socket point concealed with 2.5Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated multi-strand copper conductor including 2.5Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor earth wire and making good to disturbed surfaces of wall floor and matching with existing finishes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement LED batten alongwith LED T8 tubular lamp 20W Linear LED T8 tubular lamp with extruded aluminium/pc body and PC diffuser and inbuilt driver, 230 volts wall mounted complete with all accesssories internally pre wired and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size including taking down old unsv tubelight fitting any type. Make of batten - Crompton batten Cat Pt No DMLN1LT8-16 and LED tube Rod Cat Pt No LTT8-20 or Make - Equivalent as per aproved by Command list.

Taking down old unsv Metal plug Socket and MCB after disconnecting the elcetrical connections and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for taking credit.

Fixing only of sheet metal enclosure with plug socket and MCB 20A SP and making connection with sub main wire with suitable size of thimbles including Cutting chases of suitable size on existing wall and making connection to the submain wire and making good to disturb surface of wall/floor with cement mortar and finishes to match existing surface including testing on connected load complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Sheet metal enclosure with plug socket will be issued under Schedule 'B' free for fixing 2. Rate of MCB SP 20Amp, 10kA is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for repair to existing switch board by taking out the old existing switches, sockets ,regulators, flush type/new switches, sockets, regulators and refixing the same after replacement of old unsv/broken Hylum sheet of thickness not less than 3mm of size upto 5"x5".
