Pellet Mill: Open the mill casing. Remove the ring die and press rollers as per manufacturer guidelines.
d. Feeding section of the mill.
Disassembling the Belts, hoppers and any other part of the machine which needs to be disassembled for shifting it from ne place to other.

Transport Vehicles: Depending on the size and weight of the components, flatbed trucks / Tractors or trailers may be required for horizontal movement.
Lifting Accessories: Ensure the availability of slings, shackles, and spreader bars rated for the loads to be lifted.
2. Loading Procedure
Component Inspection: Before lifting, inspect each component for structural integrity to ensure safe handling.
Lifting Points Identification: Determine and mark the appropriate lifting points on each component to maintain balance during hoisting.
Secure Lifting: Attach slings and shackles securely, ensuring they are free from twists and are appropriately tensioned.
Controlled Lifting: Lift components slowly and steadily, maintaining clear communication between the crane operator and ground personnel.
3. Transportation
Movement Coordination: Assign a signal person to guide the crane operator, ensuring synchronized movements.
Speed Regulation: Maintain a slow and steady pace, not exceeding 2 km/h, to prevent load swinging and ensure safety.
Obstacle Management: Have personnel ready to remove any unforeseen obstacles along the path promptly.
4. Unloading and Placement
Site Preparation: Ensure the new location is ready to receive the components, with foundations or supports in place as required.
Alignment and Positioning: Carefully lower each component into its designated position, making necessary adjustments for alignment.

Checking and inspection of machinery. If in case any damage is done to machinery at any point of disassembly and carriage same may be borne by the contractor free pf cost.
Positioning of base frames and equipment using chain blocks/cranes.
Assembly of subunits (e.g., attaching motor and gearbox to mixer, extruder assembly).
Installation of bucket conveyor:
Alignment and vertical erection of trunking
Fixing head and boot sections
Fitting buckets and belt/chain
Alignment of machinery and securing on base.
Bolting, leveling, and vibration pad placement (if needed).
Assembling and levelling of the other miscellineous components of the machinery
3. Electrical Installation
Installation of control panels.
Cable laying from panels to motors and instruments.
Motor termination and earthing.
Installation of start/stop switches, emergency cutoffs.

Dry Run Testing (No Material)
Start each machine independently to ensure proper rotation and load-free operation.
Run complete line sequentially (without feed).
Check vibration levels, abnormal noise, motor temperature rise.
Verify interlock logic in the control panel.
Greasing of the Motors.
Adjust variable speed drives (if used) for conveyors and feeders.
Wet Run / Trial Production
Load raw materials into feed hopper.
Start complete production sequence:
check for the whole machine operation and quality of output.
Greasing of the Motors.
Check for any other problems.
Performance Testing
Run machine at rated capacity for minimum 4–8 hours continuously.
Check for:
Overheating of motors.
Feed uniformity and output rate (kg/hr or ton/day).
Electrical load and energy consumption.
Temperature and dwell time in dryer.
Dust and emission levels (for environment/safety).
Any Consumables / Defunct Items necessary for the Testing and Commissioning of Machinery shall be borne by the Intending Department.
