Cl.No.3.2(d)(A)(3)Qualifying Requirements for Tower Manufacturer as a Bidder: ii) The bidder shall upload the relevant documents in support of Cl.No.3(c) of Clause No.3.2(d)(A) above such as copy of the approved letter issued from utility approving design documents, copy of the Purchase Order containing the details of scope of work, ISO certificate, certificate issued by Utility Or Chartered Engineer in support of In-house design department indicating the details of infrastructure & Technical Personnel /Registration certificate issued by the Government Authorities in support of In-house design department.

Tenderer shall upload Necessary documentary evidence Necessary documentary evidence and end user (Indian Government Power Utilities) certificates issued from Utilities such as P.O. copies or LOA/DWA and Performance certificates should be uploaded along with the offer for Clause No. 3.2(d) (A)1 a) of ITT for having minimum experience of not less than Five (5) years as a regular manufacturer in the design, manufacture, testing and supply of 220kV or higher voltage class SF-6 GIS modules as tendered as per IEC or equivalent standard as on the date of Bid submission.

Tenderer shall upload Necessary documentary evidence Necessary documentary evidence and end user (Indian Government Power Utilities) certificates issued from Utilities such as P.O. copies or LOA/DWA and Performance certificates should be uploaded along with the offer for Clause No. 3.2(d) (A)1 b) for having supplied at least four (04)nos. of SF6 GIS Circuit Breaker Modules in India to One (1) no. of 220kV or higher voltage class GIS Sub-station tendered and same shall be in satisfactory service for a minimum period of two (2) years as on the date of Bid Submission.

The documentary proof of fulfilling the qualification to bid shall be furnished along with the bid. The details of the GIS modules supplied, indicating the quantity, year of supply shall be furnished. The end user should also certify that the quality and the performance of GIS modules supplied to them were satisfactory and that no claims are pending against the Bidder regarding the quality and the performance of the GIS modules supplied to him. The Bidder shall furnish the performance certificate of the end user.

Cl.No.3.2(b)(iii)Qualifying Requirements for Laying of 220kV EHV UG Cable in the event of award

The Tenderer shall upload Bankers Certificate of lead Bidder & Consortium Partner (if applicable) duly signed by authorized person in the prescribed format as at Annexure XVIII of Section-4 and as per the clause no.3.3 (b) of ITT (Liquid Assets and /or availability of credit facilities)

Please note that the Filled in Techno commercial sheet shall be uploaded along with all other QR documents. Offers shall be quoted in the item-wise bid Financial offer, provisioned in the e-procurement portal. In case the Prices are uploaded in/along the Techno commercial Bid, then Bid will be summarily rejected. The Techno-commercial sheets shall be uploaded in KPTCL excel formats only.

Tenderer shall upload Documentary proof for Clause No. 3.2(d) A1 (d) of ITT for type tests certificates. The outdoor type SF6 Gas Insulated Metal enclosed Switchgear(GIS) manufactured should have been type tested earlier. The type tests certificates of offered outdoor type SF6 Gas Insulated metal enclosed Switchgear (GIS) (including tests for degree of protection applicable for outdoor installation) modules for the subject tender of 50kA or higher short circuit level as tendered not older than Fifteen (15) years as on the last date of submission of bid conducted at following laboratories shall be uploaded.

The equipment shall be supplied from the same manufacturing works, where from the sample unit was manufactured and successfully type tested as per relevant standard (IS/IEC).However, in case of GIS switchgear, Type test reports of Parent company/ collaborator will be accepted provided same Design & process by which Parent company/Collaborator has manufactured the equipment, has been followed by Indian manufacturer. A separate letter especially for this tender which further legally endorses the guarantee by the Parent company/ Collaborator shall also be uploaded, as per the prescribed format.

The details of the GIS modules supplied, indicating the quantity, year of supply shall be furnished. The end user should also certify that the quality and the performance of GIS modules supplied to them were satisfactory and that no claims are pending against the Bidder regarding the quality and the performance of the GIS modules supplied to him. The Bidder shall furnish the performance certificate of the end user.

In the event of award, The Bidder having Technical Capability prescribed at 3.2 b(i) and 3.2 b(ii) individually or in consortium along with financial capability prescribed at 3.2(a) ,3.3(b) and 3.6 shall source the 220kV UG cable and UG cable accessories i.e., Joints and Terminations from the manufacturers who meets the qualifying requirement stipulated for manufacturer of cable and cable accessories i.e., Joints and Terminations as in clause 3.2(d)A 2 for this particular tender.

The Bidders shall upload an undertaking along with the Bid stating that in the event of an award, they shall procure the 220kV, 1000Sq.mm UG Cable and UG Cable Accessories ie joints & terminations as per the technical requirements of the subject tender from any 2 (Two) manufacturers who meet the stipulated requirements as at 3.2(d) A(2), as per the prescribed format, failing which Bid is liable for rejection.
