Supplying all labour, T&P and Earthwork in excavation in Ordinary Sod including dressing breaking clods & laying in layers not exceeding 30cum in depth leveling the bed & depositing the soil with in initial lead of 50m. & initial lift of 1.50m, including sundries, supervision charges & contractor profit & labour cess etc & as per the Direction of Engineer in-charge

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including conveyance of all materials to work site, payment of royalty, tases contractor profit & labour cess etc all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing rigid and Smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including False work and dismantling them after casting including, Conveyance of all materials to Work site, payment of royalty taxes, contractor profit & labour cess etc all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing cement concrete (1:3:6) with 40cm size crusher broken black hard granite metal including watering, curing, conveyance of all materials to work site, payment of royalty taxes, contractor profit & labour cess etc all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all labour, materials, T&P and providing Reinforced Cement concrete (1:1%:3) with crusher broken hard granite chips on 12mm size RCC works including cost of conveyance & royalty, sundries, watering, curing & lifting &laying concrete at a height of 5mtr. Maximum,contractor profit & labour cess complete etc all complete (Excluding cost of reinforcement & centering & shuttering).

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing M.S. reinforcement for Reinforced ceme concrete work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position including cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge, conveyance of all materials to worksite, payment of royalty. taxes, contractor profit & labour cess etc all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Ref AR-2006, Item RCC work SI No.09,P-52)

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and fixing GCI Sheet (Dura Shine) Colourd Sheet) in roof drilling holes in wind ties including ridges velleys wind ties etc including cost of all materials, conveyance,contractor profit & labour cess etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all labour, T&P and painting two coat with any approved Enamel Paint on new/old wood work including cost of Sundries, brushes, soap, &putty etc including preparation of Surface, contractor profit & labour cess all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fitting, fixing of vitrified tiles in floor of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make conforming to 15:13755 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar(1:4)(1 cement +4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, taxes, conveyances, royalty, contractor profit & labour cess etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge (Ref-5/R-2012 (XIX other building items Sl No.1(b))(with Vetrified Tiles(600x600mm Plain Ivory)

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and Providing Brick work with Fly Ash Bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not Less than 75kg/cm³ with dimensional tolerance ± 8 percent in Cement mortar in Cement Mortar (1:6) after immersing the bricks for hours in water before use including splays, cutting, circular moulding corbelling, champhering and similar such type of works, scaffolding, watering,curing the work including cost of conveyance & royalty, sundries & watering for curing & supervision charges, contractor profit & labour cess etc, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all labour, T&P Iron work wrought and put up in trusses and purlins including fabrication and all cost of MS pipe 40mm dia included, placing, fixing etc as per the direction of E-I-C

Electrification and Ph 10% of overall cost(paid as per voucher).
