Earth work in embankment by filling with earth free from roots etc.Spreding in layer not exceeding 30 Cm including watering and finishing to required slop & level not exceeding 1.5 m hight above the base in ordinary soil in hill road where cut & fill method is adopted.

Provision & laying Base Course incorporating chemical admixture in combination with OPC Gde-43, 270 mm thick Cementitious Base (CTB) including preparation of soil Bed for the surfacing works in accordance with Relevant Clause of IRC-37 : 2018 and IRC-SP-89:2018.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 7.50 Kg per 10 sqm. (using BPD with manual labour)

Providing and laying of SAMI (Stress Absorbing Membrane Interlayer) Layer over CTB layer by means of Synchronous Chip Sealer integrated computer controlled machinery. SAMI layer shall comprise of application of Elastomeric Bitumen Emulsion and immediately covered with stone chips as per relevant clauses of IRC 37:2012, IRC 10:2005 & IRC-SP-34:1989.

Providing and laying 40 mm thick BC on bituminous macadam layer with precoated stone chips grading confirming to Table:500-17 and mix satisfying the requirement of table 500-16 of MORT&H specns, mixed with 5% binder asphalt VG-10 penetration grade by weight of total mix and 2% cement by weight of mix (for filler) all as specified as per MoSRT&H data book.
