Double faced mechanical driven unit of Size W2745 X D630 X H3400 (Refer Layout) UNDERCARRIAGE TROLLEY: It is a welded Trolley Frame using channels of size 40 x 120 x 40 mm ,constructed using 2.5mm thick HR Steel confirming to IS 2062. It Shall be provided with MS Solid Wheels (No Cast Iron wheels to be used) with 140mm dia x 30mm thickness. 6 nos. of wheels to be provided per trolley with collar to move smoothly on 28/30mm solid round bar press - fitted into ‘U shaped track – Channel of 1.2mm thick HR steel provided with tapered sides to provide smooth movement of the men & material, 3 tracks to be provided. SUPER STRUCTURE: It is constructed using 0.8mm thick CRCA prime quality Steel. It consists of Perforated Vertical Panels, Top Panel, Shelves, Full Sheet Centre Partition, and End Panels. All the panels and partition should be one piece. ALL COMPONENTS LIKE VERTICAL PANELS , INTERMEDIATE PANELS , TOP PANELS, BOTTOM PANELS, SHELVES, CENTRE PARTITIONS, END PANELS SHALL BE PERFORATED ( DESIGN OF PERFORATIONS AS PER ATTACHED LAYOUT ) Note: All Shelves shall be provided with stiffeners for additional loading capacity. 14 level storage ( As shown in the layout ) • DOUBLE DRIVE : Double drive mechanism to be provided in each trolley using 2 Numbers of 28 teeth (1/2 inch) & 2 nos. of 14 (1/2 inch) teeth sprockets, connecting through solid bright bar of dia 20mm (No idler wheels to be used) • Each wheel to be supported with 2 Nos. of pillow block bearing (UCP204), minimum 16 nos. of bearings to be used per trolley. • Drive handle is a central hub (Powder Coated) with 3 insertable arms (Chrome Plated) each of length 195 mm. It will have an in-built safety locking mechanism. • Front drive mechanism consists of additional reduction gear arrangement comprising of 36 teeth/14 teeth Sprocket Combination for easy & smooth movement.

Openable Shutters W915 X H 3240 It is constructed using 0.8mm thick CRCA prime quality Steel. 1. ALL COMPONENTS LIKE DOOR PANELS ( DESIGN OF PERFORATIONS AS PER ATTACHED LAYOUT ) Door shall be designed in 2 pieces height wise for easy operation. Each set of door shall be provided with good quality 3 way locking arrangement. Total 12 sets of doors to be provided
